Everything. Hotel is beautiful and modern. Checkin was easy and Dalia was helpful and polite. Concierge Desk was extremely good especially Kristen.

Reservation Department charged my credit card after my booking although the terms of booking stipulated that there was no prepayment necessary and free cancellation was possible. All communication via Booking.com platform was ignored. And I had to eventually call the hotel. Reservation Department staff was rude and unhelpful. They violated their own terms offered to guests.

This hotel is the best in Cairo. Gold upgrade elevated the experience to absolutely exceptional. Huge rooms. Excellent Nile views. Staff Accommodating and service focused at every aspect 5 star. Impeccable cleanliness in every corner of this hotel and the attention to detail with fresh flower in room and flooding the entire hotel. Full gym and spa services on site 24/7. Superior catering - Chef Saad Shawky Loukra is magnificent. the hotel accommodated my food allergies so well making this hotel the best travel experience I have ever had. Special mention also to the staff at concierge desk, went over and beyond in every way.

To be clear there is nothing to not like at this hotel. The only comment I have is that the gold room dinner finished at 7.30pm and this early time restriction meant we missed dinner a couple of times and ended up having room service…The room service was magnificent.

Sometimes one person can transform the entire experience of a destination. The pyramids had been disappointing for me because I had used the earlier gate and had fallen prey to the local guides, the horse carriages, camels etc. The concierge at the hotel, Yasser, patiently listened to my rant and helped me book my tickets online, and arranged an excellent driver, Waheed. He went beyond the call of duty and constantly checked with Waheed to ensure that my trip went off well. As I stare at the photographs of the enchanting, mystical Pyramids which are now a part of me, I.think of Yaseer and thank him from the bottom of my heart.

There should have been more fruit in the breakfast buffet selection. Also, the buffet had very limited variety.

Staff always asking us if we have enough drinking water. There was a much needed repair in another room and they did their best so we won’t be affected. They even offered to help us transfer to another so we won’t be disturbed but we chose to stay in our room. They sent fruits instead to our room which we appreciate very much. Hotel was also connected to a mall which was very convenient. The doorman also lent us an umbrella when the weather forecast that day was rain the afternoon.Lobby is beautiful. A money changer machine is also at the lobby. Front desk was accommodating. We felt secured while in the hotel.

Aircon temp can be set but temp remained the same.

nice hotel with friendly staff , good restaurants on site.. enjoyed everything except swimming pool area.

I would not recommend this hotel for a western family stay with children .. very disappointed with swimming pool- always surrounded by so many smoking men, making very uncomfortable feeling to use the pool with family - not family friendly at all around ski pool area . Also, smoke smell everywhere in the corridor, lift etc.. casino & club (onsite )attracts different type of residents - avoid if you are looking to stay with family & children

Beautiful property w black marble tiles floor and walks, high end glam decor. Bedrooms very comfortable. Bed excellent , sheets and towels lovely and super luxurious. Bathroom very nice. Pool at the top of the hotel. Staff excellent especially Youssef ( reception) & Christen & Sarah ( concierge ). The pool area , though nice could be windy, smallish and definitely not enough sun umbrellas and those they had were crochet so though looked good didn’t protect you from the sun. There was no outdoor dining or bar ( other than pool area ) in use so everything was indoors. No casual dining area though the hotel had a new mall attached and there is a nice bistro there. Though the hotel is opposite the Nile ( across a busy road ) there is nothing really walkable so had to catch taxis everywhere.

When i ask the receptionist for roam availability he said "sorry the hotel is fully booked and all roam is totally sold out" Then I tried to check at Booking I found availability then I book one night (as a tril) The receptionist surprised and he contacted with some one to close the Booking. And he ask me try to extend one night more. I found the Booking sold out. And when I ask for extend through him he also refused. Thay not like to coperate with booking customer. It was very bad 👎

Excellent breakfast (quality & choice), a few restaurants and bars to choose from (our favorite was saigon's cuisine and bar. Beautiful and comfy room /beds, stunning bathroom! We absolutely loved the staff, the concierge team is beyond amazing and genuinely care about helping you (Ahmed, Sarah and hussein?). The spa area is great, and the gym is a proper highly equipped and maintained gym. The swimming pool area and food is excellent and the staff there is really lovely 🙏🏼 thank you for everything
