Location was great..Cadet metro station was just couple of minutes away from the hotel. Room was very well heated.

During check-in receptionist requested my credit card then without saying a word went backroom to take photocopy of it as ''guarantee''. the correct way would be, him explain to me why they need a photocopy of my card for a booking already prepaid before taking it to prevent this awkward and rude situation..

Very good location and clean. Also minimal street noise, especially considering we are in heart of a big city. Good blackout curtains. Good hot & cold water & good water pressure. Comfortable bed.

Room was a bit cramped with very little space to easily access luggage. Had to close luggage & put in closet - then pull luggage out, open, etc to get what was needed & then put luggage back in closet - tho this is true for most of Europe. Good news is decent amount of closet space. Shower size was small & one had to be careful when turning around not to accidentally bump faucet & turn water hot or cold. Not a problem if body type resembles a baguette. I don't recommend associated restaurant next to / below hotel - mediocre food at average price. Much better food options nearby for similar price.

Great location. Lovely staff. Great 24 hour easy check in. Bed was very comfortable & nicely decorated.

Although the bathroom had everything you need, The shower was very small. I am petite 5’2 / 50 kg’s but could not lift my hands in the shower to wash my hair without banging my arms on the shower glass throwing the door open. It Would not be suitable for larger or taller people. The room was clean, however I think the vacuuming was missed as there were lots of long hairs on the floor. In both the bedroom and the bathroom, which was a little off putting. Wouldn’t put us off staying again in the future.

Location was really good - proximity of metro station (2 minutes by walk), many places to eat nearby, proximity of city center (20 minutes by walk to Opera). Breakfasts were tasty.

There was no air-conditioner (only ventilator which helped, of course) and we were unlucky to face really hot days in Paris, so a couple of nights were a bit saddened by the heat.

Clean and comfortable. Daniele (I think that was his name) on reception very helpful. Good location, short walk from Sacre Couer.

Room was cleaned every day, we visited in the cold season, but with the AC you can heat the room to your liking, the beds are super comfortable and also the duvet keeps you very warm. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was very good. Location is very close to metro station. I recommend this for anyone coming to Paris to visit

Location is perfect for sight seeing as everything is on solid walking distance. It was very clean, and cleaning lady was coming every day. Even in times where everyone is talking about bed bugs in Paris, hotel didn’t have single bug and everything was perfect Heat is very good and we kept our windows open all the time

It’s noisy area. When you keep windows opened during night you can expect to have lots of street noise especially from cars. Nearby is boulevard Lafayette so lots of cars are passing during night

The location is excellent with easy access to most sightseeings and very close to metro and a bus to Sacre Coeur and upper Montmartre, walking distance to Marais and lots of nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The staff was kind and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and the room was big compared to most hotel rooms in Paris ❤️ so we can warmly recommend a stay here. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Paris

Good location walkable to shopping area like Galleries Lafayette and also to montmartre. Also many eateries and supermarket nearby. Value for money and all the staff are very friendly. Free hot drinks the coffee is nice !
