If you aren't expecting luxury which you shouldn't from a central Lethbridge hotel then this place is great for families. Built around a swimming pool and slides, the kids are entertained like all weekend. Tony Romas is fine for drinks and dinner and there is every conceivable eating place in walking distance. Staff are nice and hotel is clean. Our room slept the 4 of us all with seperta ebeds for less tha $250 a night. No complaints here.

Slides were closed a lot as they need a life gaurd on duty all the time.

Our favourite part of the place is the pool. We love that it has the big slide, the one the that a tube can be used for. We also liked how clean and inviting the rooms were. I like how Nihkel (I’m sorry if I wrote that wrong) will go out of his way to accommodate you in whatever way he can. Whenever we stay in Lethbridge, this is our go to place.

The beds were a bit too soft, I felt like I was a banana with how soft it was. I’ve also used the card that was on file online, like once or twice before. The lady at the front absolutely refused to do it and said she can’t. Made checking in difficult but luckily I had my brother in law there to help me out so that worked out in the end.

Swimming pool is amazing and rooms where super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the balcony had for us added value. To bad the green slide was closed and the hot tub was closed on Saturday evening for the big part.

There has to be a better price for the blow ups to use to go from the yellow slide. The kids love the blow ups but $9 rental for one hour swimming is a lot. If the management could solve this issue that would be amazing.

I did not like the fact that I thought breakfast was included. In fact it wasn’t. I had a voucher for $25 for two people for the restaurant and the cheapest thing at the restaurant was 1399+ taxes plus coffee so I still had to pay breakfast out of my pocket for breakfast could have found different hotel couch is horrible. You need to get a foam for it I forget the lady who I felt wit for correcting my booking and the same lady checking me in She was black and extremely awesome The only reason I didn’t cancel that’s how good her customer service was great job!!!

Sofa couch $25 gift card for breakfast had to pay $24 out of pocket for coffee and breakfast

Waterpark was great for kids. Hotel was clean.

So much disposable plastic used in place of glass and ceramic and metal, for drinking wine/coffee/mixed cocktails from, and there was no cutlery available in the entire hotel, if I wanted to eat a salad or cut up some cheese to have a snack in my room. Also, I was unable to order any food from the restaurant because it closed earlier than what they advertised and they would not answer their phone or their door when I knocked.

We loved that we could open the window. The bathroom set up was good, the guest laundry was economical and efficient. The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

The curtains were hopeless. The best one for blocking light couldn’t be closed , just being for show. The floor of the elevator and lobby is often wet, I assume from children using the waterpark?

The lobby was very open and clean, the elevators were right in front of the entrance to the awesome waterpark, the waterslides and pool were great and they have lifeguards in the evening. Front desk staff were very friendly at checking and the room and hallways were very clean. The room was a Jr family suite and had a little living room area with a sofa bed, bathroom was small but efficient and a seperate bedroom With Two beds. The Tony Romas attached to the hotel Was clean and modern with good menu.

Didn't like having to wait for front desk agent to get our towels to go in to the waterpark as they were busy checking in guests. Towels should be more accessible. Not only to save front desk having to hand them out, but to save people having to stand around waiting. Excited kids are no good at waiting!

The hotel staff in the morning were understanding and kind

I booked a room for 8 including breakfast. But on arrival was told only 2 breakfasts were included. The restaurant was positively horrible it took over 2 hours to have breakfast and the place was not busy at all. The hotel should operate their own restaurant.

Clean facilities. Courteous staff. Comfortable room.

The one thing I would knock was actually the description on the reservation. It showed there was breakfast, but in actuality, there was not. I was traveling alone, so that was manageable. If I were traveling with children, that would be a problem.

The waterslides were great lots of fun for all ages swimmingpool wave pool and a play area for small children .the staff was friendly and helpful .

We stayed in the queen suite which had two queen beds and a pullout couch which we had intended to put the children but the couch mattress was way to small and therefore was way to dangerous for the children to sleep on so I had to sleep on it definitely not intended for adults .
