This is a very nice place to stay. We booked a large KING SUITE with balcony. Check in was a little slow (Colombia and their paperwork) ....Lady was nice. Free parking and nice attendants. Lovely pool when there is space. Great view from room. Maids are very nice.

I would recommend coming when there are less families. During our stay there was easily 15 to 20 kids in the pool where parents never reprimanded them for splashing and actually sometimes kicking us. I know they are kids, and that's fine - but, it will interfere with your time in the pool. Bello Horizonte is remote. You have to go to RODADERO or CENTRO. Good luck getting into ZUAHE plaza as it is packed. There is only one road in and out into the hotel area at this time. A trash truck will hold you up for 20 minutes. The street floods bad when it rains. Food is average at this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The check-in process was easy and fast. Natalia was (Front desk) was extremely nice and helpful at all times. She remembered my name from the check-in process. She went the extra mile to help us when needed. Breakfast was amazing. We loved the food. Great variety and everyone working at the restaurant was amazing. We went to the beach and used their umbrellas and chairs, there was someone very nice working there and setting everything up for the guests. The beach was clean and there wasn't a lot of people there. The pool was nice, big and not crowded at all. There is a small mall a few minutes from there, you can either walk or ride a taxi there, with restaurants and shops. It is nice a very nice area.

The pool was spacious and comfortable at night. There is a mall very close by with many great options to eat and shop. The beach was nice and came with an umbrella pass. Be prepared for many people selling things to you on the beach. We also loved the sauna.

My partner and I did not include the breakfast in our stay and we are glad that we didn't. We walked in to see what they offered, and for $50,000 pesos, it seemed very basic. Luckily there is a mall close by with many great options for breakfast.

The swimming pool is great to have a relaxing time with your family, while you have a few drinks from the Swimming Pool Bar. The restaurant has an excellent food, and the room is awseome, clean and very comfortable. Finally, the hotel staff were always ready to provide the best service. It's a 10/10 for me!

Provide medical service free of charge if required. Offer transportation services for reasonable prices. Generally clean room. Beautiful view (mountains on the left, sea on the right). Supermarkt close by.

Smelly towels for pool/beach. Employees are very slow in processing your orders. We had issues in our first room with the sink completely falling off and the poorly functioning shower drainage (but got offered a new room asap). Very quite hotel. No activities and nearly none of the costumer were at the restaurant or pool bar. The pool is being shared with the people staying in the apartments next door.

This is an excellent hotel, I particularly don’t like to pay a lot of money in countries where things worth less than UK for example. I think it is an expensive hotel. However, comparing it’s facilities, cleanliness and comfort and other hotels it is very good value for money, good relaxing place. Recommend either no doubt

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and great value. Location was right besides a nice shopping center. Pool was big and super nice. The SPA is great. Just steps from the beach. Easy transportation, taxi’s available at the entrance all the time.

Reception staff were excellent. Very friendly and happy to help. I arrived very early due yo my overnight flight and Reception were able to check me into the hotel room so I could unwind and relax.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Staff was helpful and nice. The beach was beautiful, even the beach vendors were nice. The room is big and the view of the pool and beach are a plus. The elevators work well, but don’t forget your key or it won’t work. I felt secure and safe always, even at night.

The pillows were huge and bulky, not good ergonomics. And the outside surrounding the hotel could be improved, but I don’t know if the hotel has any say on sidewalks and street conditions.

Very comfortable, clean, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent. There are not many restaurants and shops near the Hotel with an easy access.
