I loved the staff Lhamo at the reception, the housekeeping staff (Sanjeev and Jennifer) and overall the staff were good and helpful. I liked also the restaurant supervisor/manager who was kind and considerate and I did not need to negotiate much as I was sick and could not make it to the breakfast. The Manager who was coordinating my travel (Shaji) is a great guy - hospitable and friendly. The room service and housekeeping are prompt too with very less waiting time. The connectivity to one of the best malls makes it very enticing too. I wouldn't care if it was just any mall but this particular mall is one of a kind and the highlight of my trip was the hotel and the mall.

I can't complain about anything as such as my experience overall was good. I do think though if my room was not main road facing, it would have been nice. Also, I think additional lights by the dresser would be great as I need lots of light to get ready. :) But I would definitely go to the same hotel during my next visit to Kuwait.

recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities that are typically expected in similar establishments. The toothbrush was not replaced during my stay, and there was no comb or other standard toiletries usually provided in hotel rooms. These small details can significantly impact the comfort and overall experience of your guests. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms themselves are quite comfortable. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety, especially for kids, which was a nice touch.

Upon arrival, I was told there were no trolleys available to help with my luggage, which was inconvenient, especially since I was traveling with my family and baby child. The reception was also quite busy, and although they were aware it was a holiday, it still took a long time to check in. The check-out process was equally slow, with only two front desk staff handling a full lobby. Another concerning issue was with housekeeping. When I returned to my room, I found that the door had not been properly closed after cleaning, which raised some safety concerns. Additionally, I ordered diapers through Talabat, and it took the reception 30 minutes to bring it to my room, which felt like an unnecessarily long wait.

The waiting time at check-in / check-out. The Q&A by security as we drove in, their insistence that the number provided is that of the driver not of the passenger(s) in the car whom the driver works for. Closure of one of the glass door at the entrance for no apparent reason making it a tight room for entrance for people to come in and out. Room given was a long walk from the elevator, which is not my preference.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait and had a mixed experience. There were several aspects of the hotel that were quite good. The location is absolutely perfect, situated inside the Avenues Mall and conveniently near the airport, making it easy to access shopping and travel amenities. The room size was very good, providing ample space to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient, which I appreciated.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room itself did not feel luxurious; the furnishings, such as the sofa, seemed old and worn. Additionally, the lighting in the room was not adequate, making it feel dim and less welcoming. The most frustrating part of my stay was the check-in process. The reception staff initially told me it would take 10 minutes to get my room key, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and felt like they had forgotten about me.

My family and I were extremely happy with the warm hospitality during our stay. We truly appreciated the special care and attention given to our children, which made our experience even more memorable. Additionally, the hotel’s location and the access to the Avenue mall entrance were excellent I would highly recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying with you again! Thank you so much

It’s close to the Avenues, which is an easy way to stay in Kuwait and it was so convenient

They informed me that my room would be available later than expected, which I understood. However, I ended up receiving my room much later than anticipated—I arrived at 9 AM, but was only given my room at 4 PM, which is quite late. Additionally, the housekeeping service also came late to clean the room. I had to stay out of my room and repeatedly go up and down to speak with the reception.

I liked the attitude of Mr.Ameen was very helpful when he arranged for us a transportation to airport was so quick and accurate many thanks to him.

I informed the front desk earlier one night of my travel but the lady at the front desk wasn’t that helpful on this issue she wasn’t even bothered to do something to arrange anything for us it was her mistake but she insisted that she can’t do anything.
