The ambiente was great, and you can see there was a lot of effort put into the indoor decoration. The AC was a god-sent although a bit noisy at night. But for the price, that was way more than I expected, and our expectations might have been a bit too high to begin with. The staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming, the facility provides clean water, towels and linen, which is not necessarily given even in hotels with a higher rating. I liked it here and would definitely recommend it.

We were first put in a room that still smelt of paint, because it was in a section that was still under renovation. We found that to be a bit weird and unnecessary. In the second room, you could see into the bathroom because the glass door was pretty much translucent.

I find that the hotel is basically easy to find, and the rooms are adequate. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The room I had had a little problem, so I told the owner and he switched me to a larger new room without any additional cost. Additionally, the hotel has candy available at the reception desk, which my kids really liked. On the day to the airport, because I had an early flight and couldn't book a Grab, the owner booked one for me. I am very satisfied with this hotel. If anyone goes to Kuala Lumpur, you should book a room here. I highly recommend it.

Easily the best budget hotel ive stayed at this pricepoint, place is clean, well-decorated with their garden theme, room is comfy & bathroom is exceptionally spotless too.

Some parts in the room are dusty, when you take a look behind the curtains for example. Sometimes we can hear people from the room next door taking a shower due to the loud noise coming from shower heater. Door bangings are also quite audible.

Please use dark sticker for washroom glass door because using toilet you are visible because of transparent glass door of washroom. I recommend to use dark sticker for this

The location is a short taxi ride to the MRT Station/My Town Mall (approx. 7RM/$1.50 USD cost), the staff is lovely and upgraded my room as they were doing construction.

The WIFI in the upgraded room was virtually non-existant so had to use my hotspot.

Quite hassle to find parking :(

Most of the hotel environment is good. There are elevator services. The air conditioner working properly.

There are problem about parking lot. It's hard to find parking near to the hotel.

The hotel room is so spacious. I like free Wi-Fi and free Netflix. The location is nice too as i think it is near to Aeon Maluri. I enjoy my stay here. I think is worth every penny. Definitely will repeat again.

This hotel got better environment then last year I'm check in so dull & dark. The room & AC so good. This time got Cafe for breakfast & lunch.

I'm facing no water at all at midnight when want to take shower. But the staff very quick respond solve the water pressure problem. WiFi quite slow.
