Fantastic location and well appointed comfy room. We were on the 16th floor with an interesting view across the city Although the room is compact there is still enough room. Others have complained there is insufficient room for suitcases - to which I would say you have too much luggage! In a modern block this still offers everything one needs for a city centre stay. Just around the corner from the station, lots of local bars, restaurants and convenience stores

The rooms were more than well equipped for the amount of people they are supposed to accommodate. The shower and bathroom are of outstanding quality, and come with a great view of Tokyo. The breakfast in the hotel featured an excellent and varied buffet for an affordable price. There is a convenience store within 1 minute of walking from the entrance to the hotel, as are subway station entrances. The hotel offers a service to safely leave your luggage behind on checkout day until midnight, allowing for some final plans in Tokyo without worrying about carrying luggage.

The A/C in some rooms were slightly noisy, but otherwise worked perfectly.

Overall a pretty good stay here, the staff is excellent, they held our bags before and after check in/out with no issues. Offered cleaning every day, and had a great shower room with high pressure and really hot water, and a ToTo washlet. It's about a 3 minute walk from the station, and under 10 minutes walk to Roppongi Hills, we even walked to Tokyo Tower from here. The massage chair was actually excellent, and the room was pretty large for Tokyo standard.

The hair products here really dried out my hair, I had much better hair and skin products at other hotels. We got unlucky and our room was on the 5th floor, the lowest floor for rooms. The area is a big nightlife area so if thats your thing it's perfect, but there will be plenty of "city sounds" going on into the night, and cars revving. Not enough for us to change rooms though.

Great hotel, very clean and quiet, great buffet breakfast, next to Roppongi station. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of Roppongi is excellent, 2 metro stations nearby the hotel and plenty of restaurants and small groceries. Nevertheless the area is not too busy and always felt very safe. Our room was perfect and very clean. We would like to mention the cleaning staff who always did a very good job! The room is small, like everywhere in Tokyo, but you have everything you need and we stayed there 7 nights. The bathroom is also really nice and with a great shower. The view from our room was stunning!

For breakfast there’s a wide choice of continental, a bit less if you like sweet. We would have appreciated cappuccino or espresso as well.

Basically, everything was advertised as expected so my expectations were managed well re room size (15 square meters). Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Location is very good: near blue bottle coffee (5 minute walk), near the park (5 minute walk), diagonally across Tokyo Midtown, and near the metro station (5 minute walk from roponggi station), Near Don Quixote (10 minute walk). Location very very good. At first I didn't like the thought of the massage chair in the room (as it takes up space in the tiny room) but it was welcomed after going around Tokyo. It relieved aches and pains. Free wifi. As a background re other hotels and resorts we stayed in previously from luxury to budget: Aman Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Armani Hotel, Mandarin Oriental , Shangrila Hotels to mid price chains. Remm was good for a budget option in terms of cleanliness. Of course we don't expect 5 star and luxury service and amenities for the price of Remm.

The elevator kept stopping at the 4th floor (check-in). I dont know reason for this but for sure the is a logical one. Very minor issue. Also no ice dispenser in my floor but again minor. I wish there are options for bigger rooms for 3 people (we traveled as family: grandmother, mom and child) so we had get two rooms while we prefer staying together (even if we have to pay more for one room). We love each other's company.

I stayed here for 11 days and it was comfortable to come back to every day. Within a 10 minute walk or three metro stations. Area is nice with plenty of places to eat. The Tokyo Tower view was amazing to see each day from my room. The skincare packs you can get on the 4th floor are nice. The bathroom setup is nice. The bed was awesome with soft sheets. The massage chair was amazing.

The room is on the smaller side so if you have a larger suitcase you have to keep it closed most of the time. The room was clean but not sparkling, there was stains between the glass panel and the glass base on the desk. Some gunk on the showerhead button to change the water direction/pressure. And black spots on the window curtain in the shower area.

This hotel was very close to the train station, 7/11, nightlife (which we couldn't hear at all inside the room). Easy to get to from Narita- book a limousine bus from the airport. It will take you to the Grand Hyatt Hotel which then you take a short taxi with your luggage to Remm Roppangi. Or walk from there if you are traveling light. They do provide all the toiletries you need for free. I didn't even use the shampoo/conditioner I brought from home. Check in/out was very easy. Hotel was very clean. If you wish to have your room cleaned they will service the room everyday. If you prefer they not come into the room they can drop towels, etc. at the door. Luggage storage is available if needed. This was simple and efficient hotel. I will stay here again if I ever get so lucky to come back.

I will not complain on the size of the room- that is Tokyo. If you do it right, you won't be in there but to get a good night's sleep and hot shower.

Location: Just <5 mins away from 4A exit of Roppongi station, with convenience stores like Family Mart, 7-11, pharmacies and Tokyo Midtown mall with close proximity,. Massage chair: A special bonus and it is a good one for back to neck. View: Can see Tokyo tower from our room and Tokyo Skytree from afar. Staffs: Helpful, polite, attentive. Would definitely consider to stay again in future!

Room size: Though 24m2 for Twin room but it seems smaller than the claimed size probably due to the layout with separate toilet and bathroom. Bathroom door: Transparent so it may be inconvenient if a friend needs to shower and the other is unable to use the toilet/ basin.

I liked that the tea and coffee was available on the 4th floor anytime you needed more. The luggage lock up area was very useful and appreciated on our travel day so we could check out of the room but still leave luggage behind while touring before leaving the city. The luggage forwarding service was good value too. Based on weight and size we sent our large bags to our next hotel for a reasonable price. It arrived the day after it was sent. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks! The door tags for different services are a good idea.

I wish they still pick up garbage on days you didn't request cleaning or if they had a place to drop it off yourself and get a new garbage bag for the trash bin.
