Very close to the train station - only a minute’s walk. Bed comfortable. I arrived early and was able to relax in their breakfast/ library/ lounge area until it was time to check in. TV also had streaming and YouTube access. Staff were lovely. FREE BREAKFAST.

Bathroom a little small, but at least there wasn’t a big step up into it like some other places I have been.

Very helpful staff with a good command of English. Nice complimentary breakfast, paid parking very nearby. Launderette facilities with washers and separate dryers and free loan of an iron and ironing board.

As is very common in Japanese hotels at this price range the double bed is pushed up against the wall but overall the space available wasn't bad

The location is very convenient and there are many choices for food around the area. The hotel provides free breakfast. Very cozy place indeed!

The aircon in my room is pretty noisy, so I had to switch off. Luckily the weather was cool in the night, so I didn't feel stuffy in the room.

Next to Saga station. Don’t need to cross a street. Few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Friendly staffs. They asked us if we’d like some coffee even after we check-out. There were free varieties of breakfast and coffee with relaxing space until 12 pm. Room was standard clean and spacious comparing to price. Value for money.

It was convenient being right next to Kumamoto Station and clean!

The rooms are a little cramped for two. There was just barely enough space to open up two luggages.

Its very accessible just right in front of the station.

There's nothing i dont like about our stay in the hotel.

Location was so good, staffs were very friendly. Room is not big but very clean.

Breakfast was okay, as its free, nothing to compliant.
