I thought Marina on the check in desk was extremely helpful. We had a very large van at 2.7m and there was outside parking for this behind a barrier. It’s about 25 mins from Madrid centre but an uber was €20 each way and came in minutes. Bed was comfy and room very clean with evening you need. They even messaged me after check in to check everything was ok. Breakfast had a good range. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and the hotel had great access to the highway. Can’t wait to stay again

Stay was really nice, good breakfast, friendly staff that spoke sufficient english. Having a fridge was a really nice bonus. Also the dinner I had one evening was good. There is also a super market and a huge shopping center within walking distance (~15 min by foot).

The next metro station to reach the city center is unfortunately a 25-30 min walk away, and taking busses was a bit annoying in my experience, since they were almost never on time (anything in between 10 min early and 10 min late), drive much less frequently than the metro, and at least the bus drivers I encountered spoke pretty much no english.

Very good standard business hotel. Beds were comfy, and pillows excellent. Shower is spacious, hot water or pressure is not an issue. Breakfast started at 6:30AM which was great, early enough to have breakfast before heading to office. Small gym with was big plus.

Not much to do, or see around the area (part of shopping center). But then one does not come to this area for fun and games. It’s absolutely perfect business hotel or airport overnight stop.

The included breakfast was nice, the parking was free and secured (for us this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) and there were always parking spots available. The room was really clean and comfortable, it was also quiet, so we managed to sleep well.The mini fridge in the room was working great. There were also a safe, a kettle, an iron and an ironing board in the room.

There could be some more variety to the breakfast, for example prepared by the hotel's chefs pancakes, waffles, also peanut butter, boiled eggs, more fruits, etc.

The breakfast was really good! I was surprise especially for the price. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They quickly and easily resolved any problem. They were also very understanding. We had 3 adults in the room and they added a little bed already for us when we arrived.

The AC in the room was too low. We were a little uncomfortable at night and wish it was more powerful.

Comfortable room, rather close to the airport (although in a quite uncomfortable location where you need to go through 2-3 roundabouts if you missed a turn). Nice but small breakfast area, overall good for the price

The parking was complementary but a little complicated to use, we needed to get a ticket from the machine and get the ticket validated in the reception. No one communicated that in advance so I had to go at least twice to the reception to figure out how to use it (was smooth after that).

Nice modern rooms. Good variety of breakfast options. Great location for the 2 local football venues we needed to get to (Ciudad Deportivo Valdelasfuentas was 10 minutes in a taxi and Polideportivo Jose Cabellero a 5 minute walk across the road). Easy to get Ubers and close to the mall, Plaza Norte 2 (15 minutes walking ). 30 minutes in an taxi to Central Madrid and Atletico Madrid stadium.

TV signal in the TV room was bad. regularly cutting the signal and making a lot of noise. the cable TV system has definitively an issue. not up to the rest of the standards

This is a great place to stay either for a short or long period. Alcobendas is a great city for shopping - the shopping center is within 10 min by foot. For those who want to visit Madrid, this location also could be suit. The metro station via which you can reach the center of Madrid in 40 min is around 20min by foot. Also the hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying here.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for us, near the airport. Friendly staff.

The pillows were awful to the point that both of us had pain in our necks the next day, and we could not sleep for the same reason. They should have different pillows for everyone's neck. Not everyone has the same constitution.
