Check in was nice. The security were helpful. Parking was easily accessible. The room was inviting. Wide variety of healthy alternatives and exciting options for breakfast.

Trying to figure out how the shower works without getting flooded by ice cold water is desirable. I was not successful. The shower was mislabeled. The Hot side was labelled cold and vice versa. Guests should be told how this works. During breakfast I wanted another serving of scrambled eggs after thoroughly enjoying the first one. The female chef was laser focused and paid attention to detail. Her previous preparation was what had me wanting more. She handed over to another chef and I couldn't even finish eating my eggs. My wife wondered whether or not it was cooked properly. The Key cards to open doors and operate the elevators are too sensitive to phones. If you put your phone any where near those things by mistake then it's over. Ask for 3 at the desk.

Quiet, talked away in the beautiful mountains, peace, serenity hidden treasure

The walk to the room was pretty far and on this occasion, the elevator was broken. There was no signage indicating so however I was able to use the elevator after standing for 10 minutes waiting. in addition, I called for water. I was told I was only allowed two complimentary bottles. I asked to have water delivered and charge to my room. It was never delivered international guess it is difficult to drink tapwater and the limitations on bottled water is appalling.

Breakfast was great. Amenities are excellent.

My issue is....ALL MEATS are cooked on the same grill except for seafood. So if you're not a pork eater or allergic I suggest you double check with the restaurant staff. This goes for all the restaurants at hilton. This really is a bit disappointing.

pool, cleanness, the hotel in general

the STAFF especially the rep that check us in (she) need to improve her or their social and customer service skills and (there are the ones guest will greet before the room or other thing that hotel offered recom more training also there was no coffee station in lobby , i ask for a cup of coffee, they said in an hour i did went down in an hour nothing , still waiting lol

Excellent customer service. The room was nice and cozy, The balcony view was peaceful and relaxing.

Food: Very little vegan options

Location, comfort, amenities. Kept up the standard after all these years. Staff at reception were friendly and wonderful.

Staff at welcome desk for breakfast in the dining area didn't even smile. Some training could be done here.

The restaurants, fitness center, pool were great. Staff was friendly as well.

I have not received my room deposit back yet. It has been way over 10 business days. I have had difficulty reaching someone from the hotel to talk to.

For a large facility, we were made to feel welcome, from the front desk staff to the wait staff to the maintenance staff, who had to make a quick repair to an electrical outlet. The breakfast/lunch dining area was beautiful and the sunset views from the the dinner restaurants were a bonus. Arranging tours was easy as the hotel is a routine pick up spot.

The hotel and grounds are stately and well maintained. Everything you need is on site there- pool, bars, atm, souvenir shop, security, gym and more. The room is very comfortable and staff are attentive. The bed very comfortable and a balcony to sit out on where I could hear music from the Oval.

Location is too far to walk out to anything far from.the happening areas of POS and no pavements to walk.

We visited for the Carifta Games 2025 and as a result did not get a chance to explore the grounds. However from entering and leaving hotel we saw the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming.
