The room service need to be improve.

You can't have breakfast ,their no room service...room service start start at 11 and you have to wait 2 hours ( after ordering)....if you call for room service you're on hold for 30 minutes and the app don't alway work ...I stay at the resort twice same issues with the room service...

property is beautiful , staff is generally nice. the cart helps you to get back to your rooms easily but you have to call. a time shuttle would be more reliable. the floating breakfast/wet are is great and staff was helpful and attentive i loved it. they always had something to great guest when they arrive like towels, drinks, cookies. the tours are good but tour office leave out essentially details like weight requirements. the property is up-kept and the room service is good, the cleaning staff is also kind and helpful when you need robes/slippers. the moonlight dinner is great and the food was amazing, our waitress was amazing. lots to do with kids.

the music variety seems lacking, we wanted more Caribbean, reggaeton, island vibes songs. while they played some of these genre it was very repetitive . if you don’t tip drivers they seem upset about it, property lacks elevator in the villas. staff is generally nice but treats locals less than the american’s or other international guest who are equally paying guest and make them wait longer at the bars and deny the drinks they want due to the demand at the bar by where the djs are.

The staff was courteous and friendly.

My shower door was broken and made the floor wet each time we showered.

Spacious, clean and tidy, good entertainment and friendly staff.

Safe wasn't working in the bed room. Bed sheets looks worn out and wasn't very clean.

5 star hotel, I don't understand why people rate the hotel bad just because they don't speak Spanish, people have to understand this an English spoken country! If you can't even say how are you? You better go to Dominican republic, excellent service, excellent guest relations, big room, nice entertainment, the variety for the restaurants was excellent, I would definitely come back again! Wow and the live band at nights that's what I liked the most. The services at the restaurants wonderful! I felt like a king!

Wifi in some zones, but I can't say was the worst,

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at grand palladium Jamaica! We booked an oceanfront room through booking.com,, but we were complimentary upgraded to an oceanfront view suite with private pool. The room was AMAZING. We used our pool every morning and night, and seeing and hearing the ocean from our own room and patio was so wonderful. I feel like it actually made a huge difference on how much we enjoyed our stay. Their website does not exaggerate the beauty and magnificence of the giant infinity pool, beach, ocean views, and the resort itself. We were blown away! Overall the staff was pleasant and we felt very safe. We used Best Jamaica for private transportation to and from the airport and that also was seamless.

The food was definitely mediocre in our opinion. We never went hungry but it was nothing super delicious or special. The food seemed to be the same no matter which buffet or restaurant we went to. Our favorite food place was the jerk chicken huts by the beach. That actually was delicious and something we can't get at home.

The property was lovely! Picturesque, clean, and the staff was great! The 1 bedroom suite was so nice. Mini bar stocked every day. Housekeeping on point! The steakhouse restaurant and staff were amazing!

My family and I really looked forward to eating at the seafood restaurant. The experience ruined our night with a terribly long wait for unseasoned food. Poor service and awful ambiance.

I like the fact that there was plenty of places to eat, buffet that is. The resort was spacious, the amount of pools/beaches is surprisingly pleasant. The Jerk Hut on the beaches was a really nice accommodation. All staff was eager to please with a very calm demeanor.

The mattress was uncomfortable, the loud crickets in the hallway at night, the handicap shower chair was unstable my son fell several times showering. Him having one leg this was upsetting. There should be activities everyday on the pool deck. Sone of the sinks throughout the resort in common areas didn’t work. And the most problem area is check in, it took us 3 hours to get our room. We had a large group everyone complained about check in. Even guest we didn’t know personally! The weekend had the best entertainment party that is.

Good value for money

When we reported issues such as the fact that our phone was not working, 3 days in a row to the front desk we were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Some of the younger male staff made sexually suggestive comments which made me and my friend feel uncomfortable.

The beach areas were beautiful. Good selection of pools. Activities staff excellent. Entertainment nightly, daily volleyball, nighttime activity usually includes dancing. Free paddle boarding and snorkeling although a cash refundable deposit of $30/person required.

Food was not great, nor was the restaurant staff. Definitely need training on customer service and how to take orders, serve drinks first, collect empty plates. Despite that I would recommend because the activities and other staff outweighed the poor staff and food.
