The resort was super clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed the first morning when the restaurant had a strictly North American breakfast but found out later that day that you can get a Caribbean breakfast at another buffet not too far away. From that moment onwards, everything was perfect! I've been living in the US for 25 years around people who never say hello. It was refreshing to see how the staff were super friendly and warm. They made me feel so comfortable. Even from a distance, they would wave to you. I love this place.

The entertainment

Food in special restaurant was too salty and some. Of the items on menu were not available and no substitute provided

the decor was beautiful throughout the resort. entertainment staff are wonderful. the waiters/waitress very friendly and eager to accommodate you. housekeeping staff attentive and continued to inquire if you needed anything. kitchen staff half and half 2-3 were not friendly at all. not smiling even when you talk to them. the balcony view is stunning looking at the property. gardening staff was also friendly and keeps the property nice. guest service and resort store staff was nice also.

check in was ridiculously lonnnggggg! Bed/mattress uncomfortable. what ever they clean the floors with is very slippery, in the rooms and hallways. Bathroom double faucets both not working completely. if the sink had soap the faucet didn’t work. but all bathrooms were super clean. At the buffet accommodations for non meat eat eaters should be available on one grill every meal. Too much pork touching/near chicken or fish from the grill also. kitchen staff half and half 2-3 were not friendly at all. not smiling even when you talk to them.

Everything. Beach to pool to river to shopping to restaurants. It's very easy to get around. Photographer a plue

The main pool swim up bar had missing tiles right in the center. The shower door in the bathroom was faulty. Floors should be non-skid.

Nice location and beaches. Pools were clean and organized!

Drinks were watered down. Men on beach who were not from the resort, late at night, trying to lure the women who walked by.

The cleanliness, staff friendly, food was good

The room numbers are confusing. I also had to change my access key twice even though I didn’t store it with my cell phone - as instructed not to do by the check in staff

Breakfast buffets were good. The Asian and Italian restaurants were excellent.

Buffet fruits were lacking that Island freshnes.

The staff at the Suites are incredible. Very helpful and genuine. From the staff hosting the games at the pool to the room keepers, everyone had great energy.

I stayed in the suites but had a lot of friends staying in the grand; I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t allowed to go over there and visit.
