The food we had the opportunity to experience was pretty good. The buffet for dinner was delicious, Gave you a taste of local flavors. Half the restaurants we were supposed to have access to didn’t have reservation options days in advance. That was disappointing. Major shout out to Donavan with excursions department. He was very welcoming and polite !

I’ve stayed at this resort when it was new. Seeing it now starting to physically deteriorate is disappointing. The entrance is not as vibrant and as it used to be. The pool chairs are stained and falling apart. The pool chairs need to be replaced and so do the cushions. Yes it’s great towels are there to cover them, but they just look gross. Some of the staff aren’t friendly at all. They would avoid eye contact and fart away to avoid speaking. It was strange. Outdoor staff was extremely friendly. Indoors, no where near as much.

I loved everything about this property. From the time i checked in until i left was awesome. Do not let any negative reviews scare you because I was worried at first but once i came and actually stayed.. I knew I booked the right place. I had a swim out with diamond club and my Butler Leonard was the very best! I came for my Birthday and it was amazing …all of the restaurants were great! They will make sure you have drinks non stop lol so be ready. I made sure I tip also because why not!

Staff were on the whole fantastic. The beach is beautiful. All the food was fresh. We were initially nervous reading recent reviews but we needn't have worried, we've had a wonderful stay. All 18 of us were happy. Staff who were exceptional were Keron, Marlene, and Raymond

A window fell out from the top floor one afternoon, reported it to butler. Not something I’d want to see or experience in any hotel or any building - quite concerning.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff they were excellent. Andre- lifeguard for water park slide had excellent customer service. Meloney- in the Spa area went above and beyond for my daughter since she was here to celebrate her 10th birthday Kaycian- was phenomenal and helped us with some great Jamaican drinks There were more wonderful staff however these 3 Did above and beyond and deserve a raise! Thank those employees for Us again

I did not like that we did not have a room ready at checkin until after 6pm. When check in should have been at 3pm. I complained and was very upset for the price I paid. Also we waited hours for clean face towels.

The property is beautiful, well kept, clean, the food was excellent, the pools and beach wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, security top notch

The air condition in the room and lobby areas were not great at all....much too warm

Didnt like the fact that i had on a royalton blue waters band and i wanted to get some food over Hideway and i was unable to because of the security guards stopping me knowing I was told I could get food at all the restaurants

The facility was beautiful and most of the staff were delightful (i.e. Naverine, Elise, Bianca Dwayne and Nicholas to name a few)....the front desk staff was great as well.....only room service needed a bit of improvement regarding wait times and attentiveness....

On a more solemn note....i felt that it was utterly inhumane to have the beach staff women dressed in black stockings under shorts in that heat! To see that was sickening and yet they still managed to keep a smile on their faces! The resort owners and managers should be ashamed of themselves. In the business of people the staff should be treated as people as well

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. I like the onsite Coffee shop

Limited options for lunch. Add variety and improve the overall taste of meals.
