Beach, service, food, staff (with one exception). Beach was fabulous, ranking in the top 3 we have been to. The staff were mostly fantastic, the food was very good. The grounds were great, what you would expect at a tropical location. The pools were very nice but did not use them much since the beach was so nice.

The service was great with one exception, the woman at the beach bar. She was surly and offensive. In fact a number of staff at the beach bar were not as great as the rest of the staff. Also, the people at the front desk could have been more polite and helpful. The rest of the staff at the resort were fantastic.

The property is beautiful! The staff are so very wonderful! There was so much chaos happening personally on my trip due to my departure early the following morning and the staff were so very helpful in helping me and my family navigate these unforeseen challenges! Special thanks to kitchen manager, Pheona, & kitchen staff: Shanelane, Christopher, Nigel and Jaydalee for making our trip extra special. You all had such lovely service! The team leader (Samantha) and the gentleman who checked us in on July 14th, thank you so much! Additionally, I really do have to take some time to highlight just how AMAZING and SUPPORTIVE the kitchen manager (Pheona) was. Spectacular service. My words couldn’t begin to express accurately, just how much she made our trip an amazing experience. From reception, to the life guards, to kitchen, to the bag support gentleman, 10/10!! We stay at a lot of villas, and I have to say, this is by FAR the best (collective) service that we’ve received. 8 of us stayed there in 3 rooms. Beautiful rooms, great amenities, the pool is lovely. The beach is beautiful and well stocked for visitors.

I’d probably just add lotion to the toiletries in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic experience at Coco La Palm, from checking in, being escorted to our room, amazing staff all the way around! Alecia kept our room clean with fresh linen and towels every day. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming! Gibson made us all feel safe and arranged parasailing for us, which was incredible! Kian and Omight made delicious drinks for us always with a smile! All our servers were polite, efficient, and Trevor was outstanding! This was our first time in Jamaica, surprising my hubby's sister & brother in law, who stay here every year. When we come back to Jamaica, Coco La Palm is the only place we'll stay! Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip amazing!! ❤️

On arrival, there was a mix up in the rooms. I have stayed here many times before and after having my luggage broken by the airport staff, as well as it being my birthday, I was upset at the mishap with the rooms. However, the staff including the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Even when I was unhappy, they maintained their professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a good one (even with a complimentary upgrade the next day). I wanted my family to see why I loved staying in Negril preferably at Coco LaPalm (great drinks at the bar, great breakfast), and when we got to the all inclusive resort in Trelawny (we only spent two days at CoCo La Palm) they were crying to go back there! My stay could have been much worse if they would have reacted to me with negativity instead of understanding and compassion. I will always encourage others to stay here!

What I didn't like was based on a miscommunication about the two rooms I requested. However, it corrected by the management with empathy and integrity

From the exceptional guest service to the serene ambience and consistently delicious meals, the overall experience was both relaxing and enjoyable.

The towels and other amenities initially provided were insufficient for the number of guests indicated on the booking. We had to contact the front desk to request additional supplies, which took some time. As we had checked in a bit late, we were hoping to take a quick shower and make it to the restaurant before closing. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving the items almost caused us to miss that opportunity.

Great place...friendly staff...good housekeeping. Good bargain with the free continential breakfast. Upgrade and get credit for the continental towards your upgrade of food. Enjoyed cornhole even if I played myself most the time. Steve took care of us getting our favorite spot daily on the beach. Food was decent and good priced. Good location.

Rooms could be updated some. Shower was a little tight but not a deal breaker. If you wanted to get a warm shower you needed to let warm up first before jumping in. Once again not a deal breaker. There was some variations on red stripe pricing. Not sure what they were to charge but it varied up and down daily.

The short stay at Coco La Palm gave me and my spouse a chance to see a part of the 7 mile beautiful beach in Negril, which we never see in some of the all-inclusive resorts in the 7 mile stretch. The continental breakfast was excellent and you had the capability to pick other choices at a cost. The view from the beach was marvellous and the pristine blue waters were unbelievable. Wished that I had stayed a little longer to discover a little more about this place in the Caribbean.

everything! This was our second time to Coco La Palm and it was just as great as the first time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful; food was great and the drinks were awesome. I see why so many people come down for weeks at a time and keep coming back!

I can't think of anything I didn't like; however, if I may make one suggestion, it would be to include swimwear spinners that dry your suits supper fast. Since we didn't have a balcony this time we couldn't dry our swimwear outside, and they took a long time to dry.

Liked everything going on here. Rooms could use some updates. Shower was a little tight but was suitable. Only issue I came across was you needed to run the shower a few minutes before your shower to get the hot water. Wasn't a problem though. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Noticed differences in red stripe pricing depending who served you. Not sure what the correct price was but I think everyone wasn't sure the exchange to U.S. Currency.

The Chef at CoCo la Palms is excellent and we really enjoyed the food. The staff were also all excellent and friendly with our house keeping being exceptional and the beach staff always there to help (shout out to Steve). We had a minor toilet problem and it was fixed immediately! I would also like to mention our bar tender King Kong and his crew for some tasty drinks. I would strongly recommend a stay at CoCo La Palms and we are looking forward to our return.
