The hotel is very well kept. The room is spacious if you are willing to spend a bit on twin room. The breakfast is decent. We had a parking lot assigned to us for the 3 days and it was easy to load and unload our luggage. There is a coin laundromat which helped us a great deal considering that I am traveling with two children.

The lift to hotel room is not secured compared to the other two Daiwa Roynet that we stayed in. So I was a little apprehensive with security but it’s a safe place

This hotel is primarily set up for middle management Japanese businessmen and the rooms and facilities reflect this. To be fair Akita as a whole is not really set up for tourists and for most of our stay we were the only western faces in town.

A very clean and practical Japanese Business Hotel that is well thought out for business and leisure travellers. It's equipped with clean linens, various amenities, coffee, kettle, vending machines and automated laundry machines, etc. Also, it's located very close to Akita's largest Izakaya district, Kawabata, where you can find countless local specialities.

Staff were very professional and polite, and the facility was very clean. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy, there were additional beddings available in the room. Bonus: there are bags of onsen powder to put into the bath for free. Bath was also a very comfortable size. Also, I really liked the desk. there is enough space to work, and desk light was nice.

There was no public(?) bath, so I had to take a bath in the room

The room was spacious, and the car park was beside the hotel. The hotel offers clean facilities. Staff could converse in English, and breakfast has many options. You can also check the availability of the washer & dryer through the TV in the room.

Probably need to modernise the bathroom. It seems a bit dated.

This city is quite quiet. When getting dark, I had no idea where to eat around. For the foreigners, I think you have to use a car.

Hotel is beautiful and room is larger than standard Japanese hotel. Two bedroom is so large and comfortable than double room.Staffs are friendly.

It is far from Akita station and has no convenience store near hotel.

Relatively big room for Japan (around 20 sqm). Good view, location and amenities. Most importantly amazing value. Goos bathroom. Modern building.

Bed could have been more comfortable and cleaning of the rooms more tourough.

Location is good, Close to the park and the museum Restaurants down stairs has very good local dishes and is opened late (22:00) - vert convenient when you arrive late
