The room might not be spacious, but it's sufficient for me as a solo backpacker. The room was clean and quiet and the bed is super comfy that I had good sleep every night. There is a small tub in the bathroom which you can take a bath. The staff provides very good service!

This hotel was great. The rooms were recently renovated and had all you needed. The staff were friendly however English was limited, but that's no issue with Google translate.

The rooms are small! Being from New Zealand, we're used to much bigger hotel rooms, but it was cosy, and we got used to it. The only other issue was that the next-door carpark was always full, so we were sent to another, which was about a 10 minute walk away. It wasn't a big deal but just something to consider and not the hotels fault.

If you're a single traveler it's actually very good, though I understand that isn't really APA's main demographic as a chain hotel. There's just enough space in the room to use and if there aren't enough washing machines on the first floor, you can even go across the road to do your laundry at the coin laundry there. Rooms are also equipped with enough amenities to make your stay there quite cozy and the weighted blankets are great. Breakfast buffet if you book it before the day itself is priced at 1400yen, and while you're not going to get a great spread on it, it's still quite substantial if you're not sure what to have while in Akita.

I understand that it gets quite busy in such a small lobby when checking-in many customers, but having some sort of system to deal with large crowds would be helpful. When I checked-in to the hotel I had accidentally cut the queue of an elderly man who was sitting to wait for his turn, and I think it would have been helpful for everyone had we all known who was in which position in the queue to establish what the order is. Despite that though, the staff had been very helpful during our stay.

The staff was very nice during check-in and the service in general very good. Towles were changed every day, and there is everything you need in the room. Also, there were international sockets, which was surprising and nice. Was very happy, also with the location, as it was directly next to the park and a lot of good places to eat. There is also a Konbini nearby.

It was a little bit small for the two of us but still completely manageable.

Bed was really comfortable. Really neat and clean. Had all the facilities we needed. Even had some english movies we could choose from on the TV so that was a bonus. Left early so didn't try the breakfast, but will try again on our return through Akita.

Room was a bit tight with the bed being close to the wall. Otherwise no complaints

The location is not far from Akita station and just walk within 10 minutes to arrive the hotel. The reception staff is friendly and clearly introduce the hotel information. The room space is great and feel larger than APA hotels in other areas. The facilities are in well condition and the bed is comfortable. If traveling Akita next time, will consider staying this hotel again!

The twin room is spacious and nice The hotel provide microwave in some floors No daily cleaning but they give amenity kit daily Wifi connection for each room, it's fast

They’re efficient and easy checking out systems make it easier to check out on time. Also the breakfast buffet was good for the price. A convenient store was also nearby.

It was a bit far from Akita station but there was a bus stop nearby within a 3 mins walk.

My stay was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially with figuring out the parking situation. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, and it was spotless. I had no issues at all.

Breakfast could be a little better, but it was good.

The rooms were pretty spacious compared to many of the rooms of other hotels we stayed in during this trip to Japan.

The hotel could have been a bit closer to Akita Station. Took us about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Akita Station.
