The staff were great, the room was nice and big, the airport bus (limousine bus) has a bus stop just outside the hotel. And beautiful view with Senshu Park just across the road. Overall very happy and satisfied with my stay. Absolutely recommend it to others!

The mattress was a bit too hard for me, and the distance from Akita station to the hotel was a little bigger than I'd thought. It made it a little uncomfortable to walk there in the summer heat, but that was also my own fault.

Great location just in front of Akita Castle Park and the bus right in front of the hotel. Service and staff were professional, quick and efficient. Pleny of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as conveniece stores and shopping districts within walking distance. At the bottom of the hotel there are cafes, convenices stores and shops as well as a bakery. Carpark is onsite and free as long as you approach the concierge

Not close to train station if you place on taking public transport however there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel fromt he station.

The hotel offered excellent service right from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We dropped our luggage because it's not time to check in yet, and when we returned from walking around the city, it had been carried to our hotel room, which was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room came with a large working desk, which was exactly what I needed because I still had to do some online meeting even though I was on my holiday! There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and the hotel is only across the street from Akita Museum of Art, the city theater, Kubota castle ruins and park, and shops and restaurants/cafés.

When it comes to location, I'd say it's excellent if you consider its proximity to the city's park and castle ruins, and also the museums. However if your luggage is heavy and big, walking to the museum might be a bit difficult (but still too close to justify a taxi for us). The staff was wonderful, but not everyone could speak English although they would still do their best to serve you. The price was a bit steep for a city like Akita, yet it did not include breakfast yet.

Excellent professional hotel. Staff is warm and attentive. Room is spacious. There is 7 Eleven inside and 3 restaurants. Carparks too if you pay 800 yen a night. Room and mattress is superb. Great central location. This is the go to hotel in Akita. If you can stay here for good rates do not hesitate. Great view to the old castle.

Bit dated as it’s 55 years old. No gym or modern facilities. Traditional high end hotel.

Breakfast was great, we tried multiple local Akita dishes. The rooms were on the small side. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to multiple restaurants within walking distance. There is also a stop right in front of the hotel for a shuttle bus to Akita airport. About 10 mins walk to Akita train station.

Big rooms! Comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom with amenities. Refrigerator, water pot. Great view, friendly and helpful staff. Many choices/restaurants for dinner. Awesome top floor cocktails at the bar and amiable staff. We also ordered small plates at the bar with a fabulous view. Great location to Train and attractions.

Unable to get coffee unless you bought breakfast

Central position, breakfasts, bus from airport dropped me at the doorstep, kept my luggage on my arrival until I could check in and when I had checked out and was waiting for friends to arrive.

The first night for some reason I did not understand I could not have a meal in the main restaurant.

The location is great. It is in front of the beautiful museum, and a short walking distance to the castle park. There is a bakery and a convenient store located on the lobby floor. The room is tidy, and is good size to stay for few nights.

I wish they had a drawer to keep my clothings, but other than that, it met my requirements. And if I could add more, I wish they had Onsen big bath...

It was my second time staying here. The staff is always very friendly and greets me with a smile. This time I arrived early, and the staff let me park my luggage until my check-in time. The hotel is located at a walkable distance away from most noteworthy things in Akita city, including the station. The almost built-in 7-11 is also very convenient for emergency snacks and drinks!

Very well connected to the airport (the limousine bus stops in front of the hotel), and within walking distance to the most important sites of the city. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast had both Japanese and Western options. The hotel has its own bakery shop with good quality products, and there is also a convenience store on site.
