Very close to train and bus station and centre of Asahikawa, clean, many amenities (e.g., washing machine, ice cube maker, vending machine), room was ok size for two people and luggage.

Mattress is very bouncy, if one person turns the other will wake up. It's relatively easy to hear others in hallway. Also, we were on the 11th floor and especially early morning could hear chairs being moved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. Lift doors close quickly and we've experienced, and seen others, getting a good slam by them. We were told that if we wanted new towels we should put a bag with the old towels outside our door and they would replace it with a bag with new towels, all for environmental reasons. However, we were given a bag with new towels every day despite not putting our old ones out.

Very convenient location right in front of Asahikawa station. Big enough room for staying 2 nights with my girlfriend. Place is clean and has many amenities. The coin laundry is very nice too, with plenty of machines along different floors.

Asahikawa's pedestrian street didn't have a lot of people at night and was somewhat dark, but there's a lot of good restaurants around so going out is worth it. Many guests arrived late at night and the sound of them getting drinks at the vending machine did wake us up.

The location is great, no parking at Hotel though - you'll need to find parking and pay - for Aeon parking the hotel could sell coupon. Breakfast is nice fresh and sufficient, provide even take away coffee. The amenities list is great

The room is small it was rather challenge to move around with big luggage. Also, for Large size body like mine bumping into the TV that mount to the side wall on the way to toilet is unavoidable. The amenities is out when I come back late night - some hotel stayer might take all, it;'s not hotel fault totally but it would be unlucky for late check in.

The staff was kind enough to let me check in 30 minutes earlier than the usual check-in time of 3 pm. It was the first time I encountered this, which is quite rare for all the many trips I made to Japan. Hands down to the receptionist didn't get her name, but thank you as it was snowing that day. The location was great just across the JR Asahikawa station. Great value for money. I will book this hotel again in my next visit.

The breakfast was amazing! Really good value for money and the room was comfortable. Really close to the station which was ideal. The room were clean and the staff were welcoming. We accidentally booked a smoking room, but when we arrived they could change it to non smoking which was really helpful as we are not smokers.

The room is fairly small, but clean and good for a couple night stay. There isn't a good desk if you want to do some work, or really any areas apart from the cafe next door to work on your laptop comfortably.

Extremely convenient to the JR and tons of food options all around. Loved there was a park nearby to walk. Ease of the use of the laundry was great.

There was a smell in the hallway but I am noticing it more the longer I stay around Japan. I am going to associate it with larger hotel establishments and their carpets - how they clean it or the residual of smoke lingering.

hard to find both hotel and carpark if you are driving. no hotel signage other than facing the station.

Hotel was clean, a bit small but it’s ok. Theres air purifier you can take to your room. The hotel is across the street from AEON mall and station.

You can’t open the window in the bedroom. Sometimes the heater gets too warm so it would be nice to let the cool air into the bedroom. But they provide air purifier in front of the elevator. We took it and we have air flow in our room and make the room cooler a bit.

Great location, free amenities, helpful staff. Good for a younger and less demanding clientele. Basement available for drying ski gear. Room comes with a bath (if you can squeeze into it).

Rooms are quite small. Rooms were either too hot or too cold depending on location. Older patrons may struggle a bit.

The interior design of the hotel is primarily based on natural wood, making it look rustic, lovely and warm. Even the room cards are made out of wood. Location was superb, just a crosswalk away from the Asahikawa AEON and the JR station. Very convenient for shopping and transportation purposes. The hotel is also located at the tip of the Heiwa street, which boasts over 20 ice sculptures during the peak of the Asahikawa Winter Festival. A free skating rink was available nearby as well as a free shuttle bus to the festival site. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay if you're planning to visit the Winter Festival and do a bit of shopping. Buffet breakfast was quite expensive at 1,800 yen per person, but if you enjoy seafood, it is definitely worth it. The salmon roe was a bit too salty though.

There wasn't an option to unsubscribe to the daily fresh towel service. We stayed for three nights and received a bag of fresh towels every day which we didn't even use as we're used to hanging the old ones up to dry after each use. Those towels will be going into the wash regardless of being unused and it seems like a waste of resources in my opinion.
