My stay went well. The self check-in was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. The hotel is in a great location – right across from a 7-Eleven and not far from the water. The road outside is just like any other road, and it didn’t disturb my stay. However, you need to be quick and alert if you need to cross it.

The only downside was the bathroom, which was very small and felt a bit cramped. It was manageable, but it did impact the overall comfort of the stay.

This little guest house was so lovely, simple but cozy and comfy. The staff member was very welcoming to us and helpful as well. We were on the third floor, and we could see the ocean a little, the street views, which were interesting, and looked over the comings n goings of the 7-Eleven. Easy walk into the shopping area and Sakura trees along the canal. (Early Feb) Laundry was very close, uses 100 yen coins. We ate fresh seafood next to the Sakura trees, very good. Nice shampoo/Cond, paper cups, toothbrushes etc available to pick up at reception. The property is a cafe also, but closed for our two days visit 😞 Warm beds, fresh linen, and towels. Our room was two bedroom. We could see the sunrise. Little bath with shower over. Slippers provided in the room. Very cute little place.

Nothing to fault, it is value for money, lovely staff member, everything you need.

It was comfy, staff was friendly and close to most things. There is a lot of places to park around the area. everything was very new looking.

If there was something I disliked it was more relevant to those driving a car in the area. There is a lot of one way roads and confusing roads that might make you drive around the area a bit. Before you find the entrance to the parking lot your looking for. There was some worrying black looking mold in the shower. Might not be related to the property and more to the area. But I think it’s important to know that most restaurants in the area on google maps was either closed early or closed down completely, maybe seasonal? (spring)

Surprisingly spacious room with an amazing view! Very walkable area and easy check in and check out process. The price I got at the time of booking was a great deal too!

The only point for improvement is the room could have been a little cleaner as some parts were dusty and there was a pet bottle left behind.

Room was big, biggest we ever stayed in Japan and it's traditional Japanese style room. Clean, comfy, staff was nice. Near bus stop and walking distance to the beach, and Kinomiya shrine.

Far from Atami JR station. Room was a bit dusty and the weather (December) very cold and cool breeze swept in the bathroom - very cold when taking a shower.

Very local hotel that totally suits the Atami vibe! The staff were very helpful and the location is quite convenient, just beside a 7-11, and walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see.

It’s a bit further from the station, would definitely recommend taxi or bus!

I was concerned as another review mentioned the aircon was poor, but the room i stayed in had great aircon and was overall very comfortable.

The room is big for the price. It was very comfortable stay overall.

There is no ceramic cup. Only paper cups available. The fridge has water in it. I have to wait 2 minutes every time I use the bidet.

Everyone is friendly and the room is super big and comfortable, lights are adjustable in the bedroom which is incredible. All things are clean and tidy. It os far from Atami station but so close to the beach, anyway you can use bus from the station only 10mins.
