Great location next to a ferry and 10 min walk from the beach. Amazing ocean view from the room and restaurant. Good dinner and breakfast. Playroom with table tennis and game machines- nice for families to avoid the heat. The hotel is a bit old, but clean, with a small open air onsen at the roof- overall, excellent value for money for a family holiday.

The Buffett and views were a highlight. The staff speak some English and were super helpful. The room was large.

The building was a little bit run down and old, bathroom and balcony could probably do with a spruce up. But these weren’t deal breakers for us. We loved the vibe of the seaside town and the Buffett so much that we would be back.

We booked the family room and The room was spacious, the staff are friendly, the food were good. My family were very happy with the place

The buffet at night refill quite slow but with an overwhelming number of guess, it's understandable.

Location was nice, very close to the port, the castle, and the beach. A lot of facilities were available in the hotel. Breakfast was good. And the room had a beautiful view of the sea.

The public bath was smaller than I expected.

The balcony was untidy we we're scared to open to view the ocean. And there's only one elevator for everyone to use.

The room still had smoking smells from a previous era when smoking was allowed. Rooms were a little dark Beds could be softer. But that’s just me…

bout my 2 days stay at the hotel the food is serving is the same menu at my first day i didn't expect it disappointed
