The staffs are approachable and nice. the outdoor private onsen is a win. the amenities were good.

we cannot use the car since their parking is limited. so we were able to use our car on our last day only.

- My room had an ocean view. Based on the building plan I think most rooms look into a parking lot though. The construction so many other reviews mentioned must have been completed. Balcony had direct view of the ocean boardwalk. - Balcony onsen was clean and relaxing. The balcony has furniture (chairs and a table) which you can move to hold onsen snacks. The cars below did not make much noise and all you hear are the ocean waves. - Tatami sitting area was well-kept - Window layout and natural lighting were great - Bed was very comfortable - Room layout was well planned. The sink area led into the shower which led into the balcony onsen. - Breakfast was a decent mix of Japanese and western foods. It's separated into 2 time slots.

- Balcony onsen seemed a little exposed? I could see the people walking by the ocean as well as the cars on the freeway underneath. The slats did not provide much coverage and half of the onsen (the side that led into the full balcony) did not even have slats. I was worried about flashing someone until it got dark outside. - Early check in (1 hour early) had a fee of 1000 yen which wasn't stated anywhere

Front staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is amazing, just couple of minutes walk to the beach. Loved open air bath in the room

Room was a little dirty, you can see dust under the bed and on the sealing.

This was such a lovely place to stay in Atami. We opted for the room with the onsen on the balcony, and we were not disappointed! Very clean, extremely friendly staff and great location - right near Atami sun beach, cafes and lovely shops. Onsen facilities were great, and very impressive breakfast buffet! Would very happily stay here again.

Only slight negative was that the hotel was only able to keep our luggage until 2 pm on the day of departure, so just be aware of that! But otherwise - everything was perfect!

Location, very comfortable, nice hot tub, friendly staff, delicious buffet food for breakfast and dinner, good catering for wheat allergies. Abundance of Lovely toiletries provided in the bathroom too.

Noisy crane across from our room on 3rd floor. We would have liked higher up as we paid extra for the view and had the noisy crane so really couldn’t enjoy our balcony. Had to shower with light off as people would see us in shower as there was no privacy glass.

The food and the private onsen were highlight of our stay. The ocean view from our room was great. It’s close to the main shopping street of Atami, but it’s a bit far from the train station.

It’s a little far from the Atami train station, we recommend that you take taxi to and from this hotel. There was construction going on by the beach right in front of the property during our stay. It obstructed part of the ocean view, and it was a bit noisy during the day.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Great spa and bathing facilities.

Our ocean view on the fourth floor was a real disappointment, made worse by major long term construction work. Roof top terrace had no shade and was unusable due to baking heat.

The staff was very nice and held our luggage hours beforehand the check in without any money fee in exchange, they speak English as well so the interaction has been easier. They provided us pajamas, all the amenities, and the hot spring that face the sea was absolutely stunning

location is perfect. Nice view for the fireworks and the ocean. The service of hotsprings are amazing. Breakfast is also super nice.

The pity that we couldn’t get response from the booking message. The dinner is not included for our booking and not able to add on the arrival.

perfect sea view and night view from rooftop and room balcony. staff are fluent in both English and Japanese. willing to keep our luggages before check in. 5mins walk to beach.

little bit far from atami station, takes 20mins to walk from JR station with a deep slope. we have a onsen bathtub in our balcony, while could probably be seen from outside.
