The breakfast staff was very nice, especially the cook who offered to cook me an omelette when i saw there were no eggs. The breakfast is very Japanese style, but they have good coffee and the salads, miso soup, and tonkatsu were very nice. The rice was also perfect...The shower room was perfect, as was the bathroom sink area. The air conditioning was OK, although the controls are rather too complicated.

The hotel doesn't seem to offer a true 'single' room that maybe has only one semi-double bed. The 2 semi-double beds take up too much space in the room, and there is only about 30cm. of walking space between the foot of the beds and the wall with the TV screen....

My mom and I loved the breakfast choices. We loved how close it was to the Convention Center and the train. We were able to hail a taxi easily when needed. It was also close to a limo bus service to Haneda Airport ( we used a train to go to the hotel). We loved the cleanliness of the room and all the amenities of the ninth floor. Elevators were fast and the safety issues were excellent. It was wonderful staying here.

The rooms were too small for people with very large luggage for trips over 2 weeks in Japan. It was difficult to organize but we expected rooms to be small.

Location of the hotel is really close to JR Kaihin Makuhari stn. It's really close to lots of eating places on both sides of the train stn. It's only about a 10 mins walk to Makuhari Messe (depending on which building you need to get to). Out of all the hotels you can pay near the station and Makuhari Messe, it is reasonably priced. The public bath is good after a whole day of standing and walking around for an event/concert.

The room wasn't 100% clean on the floor. We stayed in a twin room and I can see that the room was not fully vacuumed on both sides and just under the bed (i.e. on the edge of the bed). I would at least want the room floor to be clean as we needed as much floor space as we could to put our luggage and walk around our beds. Check-in procedure waa a bit weird even though it's meant to be self check-in. I still had to put in my name and it was so confusing to be told to enter my first and last names without spaces. They should just follow what the other Japanese business hotels do and give you a card after I showed the hotel staff my details at the counter. Using the card, you just need to complete whatever registration required on the machine after that.

The breakfasts were delicious and I was given a choice of a tonkatsu-like breakfast or a sashimi breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, both in the restaurant and at the front desk. There is a Lawson store attached to the hotel, providing the ability to buy quick meals and items you forgot to bring along.

The location was great, a couple minutes from the bus and train stations and also a massive mall. The room was beautiful and clean, and slightly bigger than other hotels of similar or even higher priced. Staff were super friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Felt like a very safe area as well, never felt safer walking around at night.

I genuinely have no complaints about this hotel, it was great!

The breakfast was wonderful. Such a variety of food. Everything was correct, what was hot was hot and cold was cold. The staff was helpful and assisted in service.

The room was very tight. There were two of us and not enough room for suitcases. But the room was immaculate and comfortable. The bed was great.

Family Mart was conveniently attached to the hotel with its own entrance and exit. The staff were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. The hotel room featured a separate toilet and shower, which was a nice touch.

The room had two beds which weren’t big enough for two people, so my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds

Overall, this hotel makes me love staying in Japan — with its thoughtful bath arrangements and excellent room service.

I booked a single room, but there were two single beds placed side by side, taking up most of the space. It made it quite impractical to move around the room.

Staff was very cheerful, kind and helpful. Very convenient location across from train station. 5minute taxi ride to the Makuhari Messe convention center.

Breakfast needs help - Would have liked fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast. Sink in the room drained slowly. In the middle elevator, the carpet on the wall was a bit tattered.

Its very near to Makuhari Messe and all the facilities are nearby, excellent location

Nothing as such, Rooms could have been little bigger, but otherwise it was all good
