Nice location, close to train station and shops. Room had a giant, comfortable bed and nice view of water. Great Wi-Fi, nicely decorated and comfortable lobby. Robe and slippers were included.

The tub or sink leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The staff wouldn't allow early check-in, which was ok. Except after waiting in the lobby for hours, when I went to check-in at exactly 2pm, I was asked to sit and wait a little longer. Then I watched as they checked in many people who had just arrived!?

Breakfast should be included for the price , there should be more refreshments availability , there should be more television Chanel availability for when you want to stay in doors

The room was very comfortable and was very well lit, with a large window that offered a very pleasant view that we enjoyed during the day and in the evening. We originally booked here due to the proximity to the Makuhari Messe (as we were in Chiba to attend an event there), but weren't prepared for how nice and spacious the room was or how luxurious the hotel would be overall. Breakfast was excellent , with a great variety at the buffet, and the hotel is also close to a number of very nice restaurants and shopping areas to spend some more relaxing time in. If we had the time for a longer stay, we definitely would have!

Location perfect for the Convention Center, the metro/bus center, and an incredible number of restaurants within two blocks. There is a nice traditional-Japanese park with tea house about 2 blocks away, which is very relaxing (and fun for the traditional tea with a great view). If you have a high-floor ocean-side room, on a clear day you see Mt. Fuji on the other side of Tokyo Bay -- quite nice; but such clear days seem rare.

Rooms remind me of Paris -- small, and mainly for sleeping. Not much work space; or a reading chair, etc. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey for what one gets; so we only used it once during our week-long stay, and went to a nearby pastry-coffee place in the Train Station for all other mornings (which was fantastic).

Loved how easy it was to get from Narita airport to this hotel! The front desk sent me a bus schedule and once we arrived we purchased tickets and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. After a long flight, it was a nice and easy process. The check-in was smooth and our room was clean. I had a package delivered to the hotel that was already in my room by the time I got there which was great. Super close to the train station which was great for getting around on our second day and had food options nearby. Would definitely recommend!

It was a convenient stopover after getting into Narita at midnight and not wanting to travel the whole way into Tokyo. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really nice. The hotel is right near the train station for ease of moving onto Tokyo the next day.

The hotel is a little on the older side. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The extra third bed was rock hard.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with good internet speed. The location was excellent, very close to the Mitsui Outlet Park, and the hotel also served as a stop for the airport bus, making it very convenient for travellers.

The room was compact, which is typical for Japanese hotels, but it may feel slightly small for those with larger luggage or staying longer.

The staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. They know the guests very well and professionally assisted us during our stay. The place is stylish and had a royal service vibe. The breakfast had variety of delicious foods and the location is.close to the station and shopping outlet. The view from the room and the restaurant, seaside view, was awesome. It's no big deal.There must have been a misunderstanding since the room didn't get cleaned on the second day but they were so kind to have brought us water with a note thanking us for not requiring a room cleaning service.

The area around the hotel was beautiful. Near a Koi pond, and within walking distance of the Tokyo bay.

The shower was clean and had great water pressure, but it looked like a shower in a camper. This was the smallest and most plastic shower we stayed in during our entire trip. But it got the job done. Still impressed with the water pressure.
