The room and bath were a bit bigger than other business hotels. I liked the wide glass window for the view from the room. The hotel is old but well-maintained, especially the cleanliness of both the room and bath. I like it that the hotel gives a peaceful and restful feeling, and it is interesting that you can still find a lot of information printed and compiled in a folder, like it used to be. The room type was Comfort Single Room but the bed was large enough for a couple and very comfortable, with soft pillows to go with it. It could have been better to have a smaller bed and leave some space for luggage or a bedside table. The breakfast served on the 14th floor, with a nice view of the surroundings, inspired me to have one, which also presented a lot of choices for the palate. Some reviewers stated it is possible to see Mt. Fuji, but the clouds did not allow it this time. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the train station and within a 3-minute walk to a convenience store and shops for dining, quick snacks/meals or shopping.

The hotel used to have a dining area or lounge but was closed during my stay. All of the tables beside the windows on the 14th floor were reserved for a group of tourists at breakfast. It would have been nice if they were available on a first come, first served basis, especially since most of the reserved tables were empty when I went to eat breakfast.

Nice location, close to train station and shops. Room had a giant, comfortable bed and nice view of water. Great Wi-Fi, nicely decorated and comfortable lobby. Robe and slippers were included.

The tub or sink leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The staff wouldn't allow early check-in, which was ok. Except after waiting in the lobby for hours, when I went to check-in at exactly 2pm, I was asked to sit and wait a little longer. Then I watched as they checked in many people who had just arrived!?

Location is close to the station and has very convenient bus service to both airports just in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast has relatively less choice, though the sitting is more formal (with white table cloth etc.), and the view on level 14 is very good. The room size is OK.

The bathroom needs upgrade. The cleanness of the bathtub and sink are relatively poor, and the sink taps are difficult to fully turning off.

The lobby and waiting area is quite good; however the room is a different story. facilities are quite old with little design touch. Room space is quite small too. We booked a room for 3 persons, but it’s actually a room for two persons with a smaller single bed added into the spare area. Won’t recommend this hotel for 3 persons

The room was very comfortable and was very well lit, with a large window that offered a very pleasant view that we enjoyed during the day and in the evening. We originally booked here due to the proximity to the Makuhari Messe (as we were in Chiba to attend an event there), but weren't prepared for how nice and spacious the room was or how luxurious the hotel would be overall. Breakfast was excellent , with a great variety at the buffet, and the hotel is also close to a number of very nice restaurants and shopping areas to spend some more relaxing time in. If we had the time for a longer stay, we definitely would have!

It was a convenient stopover after getting into Narita at midnight and not wanting to travel the whole way into Tokyo. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really nice. The hotel is right near the train station for ease of moving onto Tokyo the next day.

The hotel is a little on the older side. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The extra third bed was rock hard.

Location perfect for the Convention Center, the metro/bus center, and an incredible number of restaurants within two blocks. There is a nice traditional-Japanese park with tea house about 2 blocks away, which is very relaxing (and fun for the traditional tea with a great view). If you have a high-floor ocean-side room, on a clear day you see Mt. Fuji on the other side of Tokyo Bay -- quite nice; but such clear days seem rare.

Rooms remind me of Paris -- small, and mainly for sleeping. Not much work space; or a reading chair, etc. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey for what one gets; so we only used it once during our week-long stay, and went to a nearby pastry-coffee place in the Train Station for all other mornings (which was fantastic).

Loved how easy it was to get from Narita airport to this hotel! The front desk sent me a bus schedule and once we arrived we purchased tickets and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. After a long flight, it was a nice and easy process. The check-in was smooth and our room was clean. I had a package delivered to the hotel that was already in my room by the time I got there which was great. Super close to the train station which was great for getting around on our second day and had food options nearby. Would definitely recommend!
