The location is great. Short walk to the train station and bus station. The room size is nice. Room was pretty quiet Bathroom is super nice. It's a great location to easily get around. There's a couple of malls near by, even a costco.

Staff does not assist with anything. While the hotel receives luggage, they do not ship luggage nor do they assist in helping you ship luggage. They don't help ship packages. They don't help setting up any kind of travel (ie car service to airport or taxi). If you order food for delivery, they do not assist driver in getting you the food. You need to wait downstairs for the food. Breakfast is open from 7a-10a but I would say it's more like 7a-9:30a because around 9:30a, the cook will stop making stuff and you will be asked to hurry up around 9:50a. Weird design choice, they have the sink in the sleeping areas instead of the bathroom area. Even with these negatives, I still liked the hotel an would recommend it. Just be aware of the negatives.

I wanted to sincerely thank your team for another wonderful stay. I've returned many times now, and every visit feels like coming home. This time, brought a travel companion, and we both felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Despite arriving close to midnight, everything was perfectly prepared - from the room being pre-cooled to a comfortable 20°C (so thoughtful, especially in Tokyo's 37°C heat!) to our Amazon packages already placed in the room. Being from Canada, the heat is quite intense for me, so I really appreciated that extra touch. Special thanks to Sana for helping with our extra towel requests and chatting with me about my past stays. I also noticed that we were placed in a beautiful corner suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable - so spacious and perfect for unpacking and relaxing after travel. The separate shower, tub, toilet, and sink setup made everything smooth and comfortable for two people sharing the space. Your housekeeping team also deserves so much praise - our room was always clean, fresh, and safe, which means a lot to us as two women traveling together. Breakfast was lovely, as always - the food quality is consistently excellent. The dining room is beautiful, though I did find it a little warm compared to the hallway, possibly due to limited air conditioning. A big thank you as well to Phan and the kind lady with the bun at the front desk who always greeted us so warmly. And I truly appreciated the help from the young man at the main building, who assisted us in boarding the airport limousine shuttle and even asked the driver to wait while I was in the restroom - that kindness meant so much to us. Although the hotel doesn't have a pool, everything else is so well thought-out and enjoyable. Over time, it really feels like I'm visiting friends. Your team's warmth, attention to detail, and ability to communicate in English have made every stay feel special. I look forward to returning again soon!

We are a family of 4 wi th 3 kids and got a 3 bed room unit which is perfect for our one night stay. The room is very spacious, esp for Japan standard. My room is a corner unit and I love looking out the L shape window to the lively city. The room is modern and well designed with lots of great details. Separated bath toilet and the vanity area are all separated which provides great conveniences. Location is very close to train station and the outlet mall. Breakfast is delicious, with Japanese and western offerings. Kids love the pancake making machine! Staffs are super helpful and polite. We had a great time and will stay again when we’re in Chiba.

Staff excellent. Especially Chandra in hospitality and Pham on reception ( both outstanding professionals ) . We were so impressed with the beautifully decorated and appointed rooms . Spacious, modern , clean rooms . Ours had a great view over the park next door . Ideally located very near the bus station and rail . A 1 hour bus ride to Narita airport . We chose it for this reason to be able to get to our flight in good time but would recommend it highly regardless . The breakfast included delicious . The afternoon tea and evening drinks free ( for Premier guests). Unbelievable value .

I've recommended this hotel to my friends and family, and if I could recommend it to everyone I know, I would in a heartbeat. Kaihin Makuhari already has a special place in my heart because of its clean, safe, and accessible neighborhood. It is close to Tokyo, and you can find great onsen, a huge Aeon mall, great restaurants/entertainment, and everything else in the area. This new hotel is right in front of the Kaihin Makuhari train station (barely a 5-minute walk from the North exit), multiple conbini's around, and is brand new. From the moment you step into the hotel, it smells amazing, and then the kindest staff member assists you to check in. I've stayed here twice this year already, and both times they were kind enough to upgrade our rooms - I've never had this type of treatment, so it genuinely made both me and my partner feel so special. I can't stress this enough, the staff here are the most professional, kind, accommodating people ever. The rooms are nicely remodeled, and SO CLEAN. It is spacious in comparison to a lot of standard Japanese hotels, and the beds/pillows are also very comfortable. Amenities were great, and even the shampoo/conditioner provided in the bathroom made my hair feel insanely smooth. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, along with afternoon tea time and a small snack/drinks at night in their lounge area. They are so generous with their food/drink services, and everything was fresh. I truly have no complaints from my stays at this hotel, and the staff were all truly amazing people. I already plan on staying here for my future visits, and I won't even consider staying anywhere else because they set the standard so high.

I checked in quite late night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very polite. The room was clean and the bathroom and the toilet is separated. The bathroom was the Japanese style. The location is right in front of the train station but it’s not noisy at all. Just be careful that you have to go to the other part of hotel to check in if you arrived after 9pm (forgot exactly the time). You can walk around outside to get to the other part of the hotel or you can go up floor 3 and take a bridge to get to the other side. The breakfast is good.

the breakfast was amazing every morning, very accommodating staff. the hotel is located right where we needed to be and within walking distance from many nice areas to explore including Japanese gardens and a large mall while still attending our conference.

theres an automatic light that clicks on in the entry way. one of the beds was too close to it so everytime i moved it clicked on and woke us up. im not sure if there was a way to shut that off, we couldnt find it, so we just used a post it not over the censor and solved the problem.

late checkin in premium, premium lounge was closed so I first called the hotel phone number in booking.com, but once I started to speak in English my call was hung up.... this is very much unprofessional and disappointing for a customer to checkin at late night.

The room exceeded expectations, clean spacious, and bright with natural sunlight, thanks to its corner room design. The staff were kind and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast buffet stood out as a highlight, offering a delightful variety. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful retreat from the nearby convention. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Lovely view of the incoming trains and foot traffic of the train station nearby, just far enough away to not be noisy. Delicious breakfast.
