Perfect location, very clean and comfortable room. Slightly overpriced, but that's inevitable with the current tourist boom in Japan.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable room. Slightly overpriced, but that's inevitable with the current tourist boom in Japan. Here's the thing: I live here. I speak Japanese. The staff need to accept that we don't all need or want them to speak English. Good customer service means that you have staff available to accommodate guests who need language support, but if they are based locally and speak the language, you don't treat them like "foreigners." This microaggression is the only reason I don't give a perfect score.

The hotel is an easy walk to my office as well as many food outlets. The hotel rooms seemed dated as not modern. However, everything in the room worked well and was quite serviceable. The breakfast was a Japanese Buffet breakfast that was quite good although as a non-japanese I tried the raw egg mixed with rice one morning as well as the little package of really sticky beans. While the raw eggs are supposedly just fine one of the two items above didn't so much agree with me and I'd advise against trying those if you are not used to them. Other than that there was reasonable number of choices including an omelet station. The first day they made a traditional Japanese Omelette which was exceptional. After that the more regular omelettes were, not as good.

The heat in the room was quite strong with no real way to adjust the temperature. You could however turn it off which is what we did and were fine although had to flip it back on in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location close to Makuhari Messe and Narita Expressway. Comfortable room and bed/ pillows, and well-equipped bathroom. Due to schedule unable to eat at hotel restaurants, but many options available nearby, and a convenience store. Interestingly, the room price was less than half that of a similar room two days earlier!

This standard business hotel was very conveniently located for my purpose of having a conference in the area. The space in the room was bigger than expected.

I had to stay in the smoking room because the non-smoking rooms were all booked. I guess the time came a long time ago to abolish all smoking rooms and change them to non-smoking. I am not complaining about the smell (which was certainly there) but the idea of smoking rooms should vanish in the past. Many neighbours on the same floor were in similar situation,

It was great place to get the Makuhari Messe. Also there is subway station(Kaihimmakuhari) nearby the hotel. There is many restaurants near the hotel and subway station, so I didn't have to think about what to eat.

There is no shortcoming. If I have to choose cons, this hotel is very calm. So, If you want to be in crowded and energetic, lively place, It is not good choice.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the station. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in sorting out a slight change to the booking I needed. As with all Japanese hotels, the room was clean.

It was only really the price. It's probably the location, being so close to Makuhari Messe so perhaps can't be helped.

The location of the hotel was really good. The hotel was well connected to major locations, e.g., my conference venue, airport, etc. Overall, my experience was very good.

Everything was good. There is nothing which was not liked by me. However, I have one suggestion for the hotel management that to be considerate if any traveler arrives earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Allot a room to the guest if any room is available.

Location is PERFECT! Super close to train station and the outlet. We were in a japan style room as a family of 4 and enjoyed the space we had. Big comfy room

A bit old but very well kept and extremely clean so we enjoyed it very much!

Despite being a little dated in style (it is an old tourist hotel), the hotel interiors are beautiful and gorgeous. I was provided with a large, comfortable room. Beautiful views from the large windows. Well furnished and well equipped. Very good experience.

I looked in the restaurant, but it was not lively. The area is dominated by chain restaurants and there are very few attractive restaurants. That is why I would like to see the restaurants updated in my opinion.

*Great location (close to: the train station and the airport buses stop directly in front of the hotel, 7 11 where you can withdraw and recharge your transport card, and the convenient store like lawson) *Spacious room *Cleanliness is excellent *The staff were attentive to my requests. They are also polite and accommodating. *Lots of amenities! Definitely made my stay in Japan more comfortable.
