The hotel was in a good location, check in was very easy and the room was fantastic. We were a group of 3 and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Although we did not need it, if you arrive early or leave late there is no luggage storage, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

You won't find anything "extraordinary" here, but everything is up to standard. Comfy beds, sense of privacy, ability to open windows at least a bit, clean bathroom. And did I tell you that the room was very spacious? Not sure about the laundry service, but you can use the washing machine. Do not forget to bring a drying rack with you to the room as the washing machine will not dry your clothes much. The convenience store is just across the street, Ohori Park is just a few minutes from here and it's a very quick metro ride to the airport. You will get a very nice coffee in the neighbourhood and can visit a plenty of various restaurants. What else you'd need during your visit in Fukuoka?

The lack of some cutlery in the kitchen was... surprising and not very convenient.

Everything was excellent. The room was nice, spacious, and extremely clean. We had a wonderful time during our stay. It's definitely a great place for a leisure trip, as it's very close to Ohori Park and Nishi Park. Access to key bus stops and the subway station was easy, and there were great bars nearby as well.

The check-in and check-out process needs to be streamlined. While I understand this is a non-staff hotel, it should be easier to reach the call/service assistant when assistance is required. This is an area that can be improved.

We stayed in quadruple room and loved it. It's equipped with everything we need and it's spacious. Bathroom is also spacious, got bath tub and hearting system. It's perfect for friends or family of 3-4. The place is nice and clean with convenient store nearby. We were there for concert at PayPay Dome so we can just walk back from PayPay Dome without having to wait in que for bus or train. It's quite a long walk (30 min) but it was okay for us.

The room was very spacious compared to the Japan standard. Great amenities, highly recommended with kids, the room was well prepared. Location is great, walking distance from Ohori park, but calm enough. Convenient store and Kusuri right across the street! Highly recommended, we are going to come back.

Very clean and new. Lots of baby/child friendly touches like baby seats, child cutlery, bouncer and bathtub. Close to Ohori Park which is great for kids.

No parking. Rooms facing main road get noise from loud vehicles late at night.

Very clean, quick check in, and complete kitchen stuff. Only 5 min walk to ohori park station. Convenience store and drugstore right across. There is laundry too, laundry soap included.
