The hotel is only a short walk from exit 7 of Tojinmachi station which has an elevator. Exits 3 and 1 are closer, but have stairs. I attended a conference at the Hilton Seahawk and it was only a 10 minute walk to there. It is also near the concert and baseball venue of Pay Pay Dome and a large shopping center next to the Dome. It is about a 15 minute walk to to the restaurant and shopping area of Nishijinmachi. It is also only a short walk to the beautiful Ohori Park. There is a lounge where guests can sit and drink coffee or soft drinks (or sparkling wine at night) and eat a bento breakfast ordered from the hotel. Lots of convenience stores on the Main Street.

The pillows were high tech but moulded and super thin and not very comfortable for side sleeping. An alternative choice would have been good.

I love the room, spacious and big windows. Can see much of the city scene. The pillow is superb, they use specific special one. There is explanation paper in the room The bathtub with special bubble machine is also superb. Toilet and bathroom are in separate room. It is convenient. The lounge with the free snacks and beer with the view is nice to have a slow pace life They also sell breakfast bread from Il Forno Mignon which we really love. Was really surprised they provide this service

I enjoyed the closeness to a station that takes you just about anywhere in fukuoka, especially the airport and major train stations. Another great aspect about the hotel was its wonderful staff who went above and beyond to help us with shipping our luggage back to Tokyo. They did everything they could for us and definitely put in 110% into finding us a solution to our problem. I could tell there was great communication among staff and they would be working diligently to help us out that I did not see in other hotels. It was definitely the best service experience I had with hotel staff not just in Japan but throughout the world. I think this was one of my better stays in Japan simply because of the quality of service provided.

If I had to critique it would be the small rooms but it is reasonable for the price

It's a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. our room was on the small size but still big enough for comfortable stay. The parking system is a storage parking system, so you need to ask someone at reception to put the car is and out each time.

None A bit away from the center of Fukuoka but the subway station is close. Easy to get to to town with the subway - 5 stations away and no need to change lines.

Well appointed modern rooms,bigger than most chain hotels and spacious bathrooms with a separate toilet. Free coffee and drinks in the lounge every day,friendly staff,some English speaking.I liked the location only 5 minutes walk to Ohori Park and 10 minutes walk to seaside Momochi and the baseball stadium,subway station at the door but not downtown.

They have -The drink bar with sparkling wine -Hair iron rental -toner, face wash, make up remover, and cream So, it was great😊

The Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer wasn’t equipped in my room. I think it should be rented who really wants to use it instead of left in the women’s floor.

The location, the staff, the facilities, the view, and the aircon.

amenities like complimentary tea bags, coffee and toothbrush are in the reception areas, not in the room. also the lift always stops at level 2 (the reception) no matter what.

Great looking modern room. Big windows with nice views. Can see Fukuoka Tower from the room. A 1-2 min walk from the nearest station.

There was some slightly broken things such as a crack in the shower door, the shelf next to the shower was coming off the wall, and a coat hanger rod was broken off.

The location is very good, 5 min to the subway, walking distance to Nishijin, Ohori park and the seaside. The price was reasonable at the time when I booked. The breakfast is very simple, obento, which is probably not great, but it was very tasty, and there is a coffee machine in the lounge. Very friendly staff.

The wall are not noise-proof so the sound of the vehicles and people in the corridor can be heard although not that badly.

The location is very near the station 3mins walk but many stairs. The longue service was fantastic with snacks, sparking wine and fruit juices for guests to relax. The shower room and toilet are separated which is good as well.
