I loved the sun window letting a lot of natural light into the room, and the view is peaceful and serene. The beds were soft and the instructions in the manual were very clear. There was air conditioning and the heater worked great. Quiet street facing away from the main road. About 15 minutes walk from Tojinmachi station with a Family Mart on the way there. Pretty large bedroom space with table for 2 people, enough room to move around comfortably.

The towels for hand / face washing were a bit thin. There was no place to hook the towels in the bathroom other than using the latch on the window. Showering can be a bit dark because there's no light above the bathtub, so if you use the shower curtain it can be a bit hard to see at night. 4th Floor with no elevator so it's hard to go up if you have heavy bags. Also the accomodation tax requires use of coins (200 yen per person per. night) so remember to have coins with you.

For the price it was super nice and exactly like the picture.

The tax is not included in the price of the hotel and must be payed upon arrival. It's only 200 yen par night but I felt like it could have been included in the price of the hotel like most other places.

The guy servicing the coin operated hotel tax machine was very kind as to loan me coins to pay the tax because the machine wouldn't take card payments and at the seaport they weren't accepting US dollars at the money changer for that particular day. The guy told me the banks were all closed because of the public holiday. He said I could only do foreign exchange at the airport. Anyway, I paid him back when I checked out the next day, dropping the coins in the key return box with the room keys. This hotel room was great value for money and the room design was very nice for a relaxing holiday feel. This has been my second vacation in Japan. Last time I was in Tokyo and two nearby provinces, so I have an idea of what to expect in Japan. The location is also really convenient and just a short walk from the subway line leading to the airport.

I was disappointed that I couldn't book more than one night because they sold out quick, that's how good this place is; they seem to have earnt a popular reputation for their great service.

The place was really spacious and it has all the ammenities mentioned. It was really comfy and I had great night sleep.

The area is great and it has a lot of restaurants around but most of them close around 9 but still there were convenience stores closeby so it was good!

Quiet but safe neighborhood. Check in procedure is also easy to follow. I booked a triple room for myself alone. I would say the room is quite small if 3 persons share that room. But it was just nice for me. You can sleep in peace at night.

Location is a bit far from central but there are some bus stops and Tojinmachi Subway station nearby.

I like the bed on the garret, and the greatest is that there's a small fan for the garret! It's perfect 👌

The place is clean and comfortable. The location is easy to find and near a bus stop and a subway stations.

Bed was comfortable also there’s basic kitchenette so you can cook if you want to. Convenience store is about 3 minutes walking and bus stop is about 30 seconds walking. And it’s cheap but definitely worth it

Wish there was washing machine especially in this hot weather but it was fine for me cuz there was laundromat nearby

It was really comfortable and a good size. I was only there one night but there’s a kitchen so it’s be great for a longer stay in the city.

The bathroom door is a bit see through.
