Finally got around to writing a review! In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in its price range in Japan. The room isn't the largest, but it's significantly more spacious than some competitors. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The location is fantastic—just a minute from the subway, making it very convenient. The surrounding area has well-developed infrastructure, with cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There's also water close by. The most important part—the breakfast. It is truly excellent, just as other guests have mentioned. The best hotel breakfast in all of Japan! Five stars. I hope to visit Fukuoka again someday and will definitely stay at this hotel once more.

The location is not ideal, it is relatively far from the center and you always have to travel by public transport. At a 10-minute walk you can reach Ohori Park, the Ohori Japanese Gardens and the Art Museum. Beyond that, we traveled everywhere by public transportation. Outside the hotel there is a 7-eleven and the airport line of the metro. The room is small and a bit difficult to move around in, but it has everything you need and nothing is missing. The bed was comfortable. The toilets were very small. We got a side room with 2 windows, there was no noise from the main road except for motorbikes that we heard from time to time, but nothing terrible. The wifi worked great both in the room and in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent, there was a very large selection and very tasty. The lobby has tables and chairs and it is very comfortable to sit and work there if needed. In addition, there is a drink machine where you can drink hot or cold drinks such as chocolate, coffee, tea, water and very tasty corn soup. The hotel staff were very, very nice, helped us with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent, everything was clean.

The location is right next door to a train station and seven eleven. you can walk 15 mins to a mall and a big stadium, perfect for watching the baseball game in the summer. The rooms are not too small, especially if you bought a lot of items. They replace your towels everyday and clean the room every three days.

Not much that is bad, perfect for anyone having a holiday in Fukuoka

Perfect location right next to Tojinmachi station (exit 1). In case you have a large suitcase, go out from exit 7 by elevator in a short walking distance. 7 eleven in front of the hotel, and there is a close family mart. Friendly and nice staff. Smooth check-in and out. Coin laundry service 24/7. The vending machine and drinking corner on the first floor. Comfy beds

Rooms are quite small but good enough!

Staff was amazing—kind, courteous, wonderful to my family with young children. Breakfast was traditional Japanese food, and really delicious. Rooms were quiet, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Amenities were above expectations. Value was exceptional.

Shower head sprays wildly out of the tub if you don’t realize that you can regulate the pressure flow and/or use the lower shower head position. Very minor nit that doesn’t detract from the hotel’s awesomeness.

Location is great just at exit 2 of the metro station (airport line) however you have to look up to see the sign! hotel staff have good English and are friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact, including bathroom/shower but are good spec and clean. window can be opened if you don't like airco. It is very close to the large pond/castle ruins and the area is relatively quiet but still walkable from the center if needed. The Kuromon Rojiura Bakery is a few streets away for anyone desperate for some European style bread and coffee.

nothing really. was a good business hotel

The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient—they want to help where they can and are always welcoming. The hotel itself is a perfect size and distance for my needs. The common areas are clean and breakfast is extensive while being delicious. I rest easy knowing that I can consistently count on being able to stay here without issue on my visits.

The location right on the Airport metro, as well as right next to a 7-11 store was a dream come true.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I was traveling with my adult son, and since the rooms are so affordable, I got us each a room to ourselves. It would’ve been pretty tight trying to squeeze two adults into one room.

The location of the hotel is spot on if you're planning to put up near Ohori and Maizuru Park for Cherry Blossom viewing purposes. There is a convenience store just a few steps away, and a number of eateries are nearby, too.

Rooms were a bit small for people with large luggage bag. Other than that, all was good!

The location was super convenient as it is next to a train station and a convenience store. The udon shop in front is super tasty and inexpensive.The staff were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond. The rooms were smallish but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a great value and delicious.
