Onsen in the room was lovely! Big spacious room as well. The staff was very attentive, and they even gave us umbrellas (no charge) on the day we left since it was raining hard. The breakfast and dinner were also wonderful, huge variety and well made.

The only downside is the location, if you have no car - a bit far from most of the buses, needed to take a cab from the lake to the hotel on the day we arrived. It’s a 20 mins walk down a winding path to the bigger bus station.

Very nice room, spacious. In the room there was a bed, as well as a table and chairs. There was also a small onsen in the room. Overall I liked the room very much, even the public bath met my expectations. The breakfast was very good and tasty, a great selection of food.

A small minus is the location and the location. There weren't many restaurants around to go to for dinner and overall the location was very deserted in the evening (we probably didn't come in high season).

One of the staff really very helpful to us, he helped my daughter to glue her shoe and deliver to her room personally. Really appreciated for such a extra services or helps. Once again, thank you very much to the staff from LiveMax Resort Hakone Ashinoko. From TMM June 12/06/2024

loved the in room onsen.

VERY far from everything. you need to have a car, but can manage with transit and patience. couldn’t adjust the onsen temperature so it was a bit hot for us.

I like this property with convenient location and bus stop .

No any did not like this property. I did not like YuYu Resort last May I had stayed there.
