Neverland Chalet was great and having the parking available in back made the trip very easy!! The heated flooring and dry room were an unexpected bonus!! The kitchen was stocked well enough for our use, but those cooking more seriously may not find all they need. We could walk to many restaurants and the stores we needed and a short drive away to many others. Overall, a wonderful location and perfect for a getaway with friends or family.

Very clean and modern. 2 bathrooms but upstairs shower very small. great kitchen area and lounge area. Big drying area for skis. Only 300m to shuttle bus and restaurants. Heated floors. the drying room heater was enough to heat all 3 levels.

The second and third bedrooms on were actually in a loft with 2 beds on each side of a separating curtain. Another steep flight of stairs to the loft.

The bed was very comfortable, living room area was spacious and clean. Location was very close to the main street, walkable to restaurants! Would recommend staying here for those skiing around Goryu/Iimori!

Would be good to have additional smaller towels, and a bath mat for the toilets. More clothes hangers in the rooms would be good too!

Good size for a group of 7, with drying room and washing machine. Short walk to Echoland main street and snow shuttle bus. Good kitchen with all you might need for a week stay.

Some more racks and hooks to hang towels and jackets would be great.

New very comfortable chalets. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Taking the bus to the ski resorts was a bit cumbersome at times, but that's a function of the Echoland area, not so much the chalets.

The location is in Echoland. Close to bus stops and resturants. The facility was clean and spacious for 8. The mudroom was the best feature of the house. It had dryer and racks to store snow gear.

The hand soap was empty.

The property was well designed with three floors, middle level was the living. area. It’s also located in a street with many holiday townhouses

The noise from next door at time was unbearable. The way these has been constructed means you hear all the walking on the stairs from the neighbours. Unfortunately new years there was a party that meant we had to sleep with mouse cancelling earphones which still where not effective. Travelling around new years we understand the time pressures of holiday letting. The kitchen items where dirty from the last people
