The private onsen in the room was perfect after days out in the snow. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops/hire equipment. The shuttle service to ski resorts was excellent - would have helped to know the schedules before arriving to better organise and plan which slopes to visit.

Room has frosted glass windows with no view. Dinner course was more like a fast food restaurant, main course delivered before the starter and take away plates as soon as you put your fork down, so difficult to relax. No sofa in the room.

Very comfortable & clean, great beds. Fantastic helpful staff, great indoor & outdoor onsen, and an ok little gym. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Provided a hotel shuttle bus to pick us up from town. Free local bus stop right outside lobby.

Expensive and breakfast not included and it really should be for that money. Could have some more gym equipment

Booking.com was a lot cheaper than the price quoted by the reception. I felt that I was scammed

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.
