Good location about 500m from station. Hotel has all the usual range of features typical of Japanese hotels. The room had all the usual amenities as well and was more spacious than other hotel rooms we have had. Room actually had two chairs so one of us didn't have to sit on the bed which we liked. The buffet breakfast was excellent - a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. A convenience store next door to the hotel which is handy. Very nice walk from hotel to Himeji castle via covered arcade. Himeji has good train connections so good place to hub for other centres e.g. Osaka and Okayama if you have the JR pass.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Nice breakfast already included in the price. You could borrow an umbrella for free, free lemonade at the lobby. The staff helped us calling a taxi and they made sure the taxi driver understood where we wanted to go.

The double room can be a little too small if you have a lot of luggage. For us it was ok. (2 adults and one 6 year old)

We arrived a little early. However, the hotel staff were more than happy to store our luggage for free while we went out for a few hours. The room was very clean and well organised. The amenities were good. The complimentary breakfast was good, and had a good variety. Location-wise, the hotel was a walkable distance to Himeji station and Himeji Castle. It was great that there was a 7-Eleven right next to it.

This is such a great hotel. Perfect location because short walk from station then from hotel another 10 to 15 minute walk to castle. Fantastic to have breakfast included. Over all great value for money and ideal for a 2 night stay. Very comfortable beds and great complimentary coffee and library nook.

Super variety and healthy options offered for breakfast. Location was good with about a 7 minute walk to the Mito station.

At late night, several other hotel guests were making way too much noise for an extended amount of time. This was unfortunate.

It’s our second stay this year. The price is good, considering we had breakfast included. The room is small, but you get what you pay for.The reception staff is very friendly.I like that.We had noticed,that there were bikes for hire.

We had a room with a partial wall view. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

The location of the hotel is very good, a few minutes' walk from the metro station, about a 20-minute walk from Himeji Castle and a 4-minute walk from a shopping mall. Outside the hotel there is 7-Eleven store. The room is not big with a comfortable bed and a comfortable desk to work on. There is a good breakfast at the hotel. Great value for money.

Everything about this place is great. It's at the budget end, but the staff are very friendly! The rooms are in beautiful condition and very clean. They have everything you need. The free breakfast is great. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Nice clean hotel in good location. Very quiet. Good free breakfast. Allowed us to drop off luggage early and leave it after we checked out. Staff polite and friendly.

The bathroom was raised up about a foot above floor level off room, which was odd. I got used to it, but never encountered this before.

Location, great breakfast and evening coffee machine, we used 2 free bicycles to go for a very pleasant and easy to get to ride around the castle moat. We repeated the ride at night to see the castle lit up. We based ourselves at Himeji and took a 20 minute JR ride to Okayama to see the garden and castle. 7 eleven store next door was convenient for an easy meal which we ate at the tables in the hotel. This place is great value for money
