▪︎ Spacious (specially for pversized luggages), amenities were amazing & clean. ▪︎ Water pressure for shower & size of bathroom/bath was generous. ▪︎ Layout of room (3 bedrooms) was more than enough for our group of 7. ▪︎ Location was super close to a train station (JR line) & 5min walk from convenience store, 24/7 supermarket & 24/7 laundromat. ▪︎ We were on level 2, although no elevator, no issues carrying luggage up stair case. ▪︎ Instructions & guides well written for English-speaking. Communication prior to stay was prompt & check in was smooth.

Wish our stay was longer!

This is a 4 story building with no elevator so if your apartment is on the 4th floor and have a lot of luggage..., be prepared. Our room was on the first floor. But there were still 5 stairs to get there. The apartment is very pleasant. It is a blend of traditional and modern architecture. It has a nice little back yard.

I wish the building description had stated that the hotel had no elevator before I had booked. The confirmation letter I received for the booking stated that the building had no elevator.

It is not really a hotel. It is more like a residential apartment block. The shops are somewhat within walking distance but we had a car and drove everywhere. The place was clean and comfortable although it did smell slightly musty when we first walked in. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable although one room did not have air con. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the toiletries and the access to the washing machine. It was absolutely fine for a couple of days stopover and very good value for money.

It was all OK

Location is close to 2 train lines. Close to the JR one that gets you to the Miyajima ferry and to Hiroshima Station. Also close to another station (I think Saeki-Kuyakusho-Mae ) that gets you close to downtown Hiroshima by Peace park, etc. About 7 minute walk from Jr station and 5 minutes from the other . There is an ok grocery store where we picked up food after getting back. There were some restaurants nearby but we didn't try them. The house itself is beautiful-it is in a condo building but feels like a Japanese house with its shoji screens. Very quiet residential area. It was very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were a big group of 7 and very comfortable. This was our favorite out of our 5 places we stayed in Japan. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great!

Large, 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of space for our family of 6. We stayed on the top (4th) floor and really liked the view and the quietness of the neighborhood. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we used in our entire two week trip through Japan! The apartment had everything we needed for the four days we stayed, including all kitchen items so we could make our own meals. We really appreciated having a washing machine and the clothes drying function in the shower room worked well. The location to Hiroshima and Miyajima was convenient via the JR line. We would stay here again!

Little bit farther of a walk from the JR station than expected, but not terrible. Also, the check in process via an iPad in the entryway was a little tedious with six people. I highly recommend doing as much of the check-in as you can online before traveling. We filled out all the information ahead of time and it still took us a good 10-15 minutes to check in everyone once we arrived before we received the code for the door.

Very spacious apartment, clean and comfy. Washing machine with all the hangers were a life saver.

It is a really good value apartment. The only little negative point is that it is a bit far from the JR station when you have luggages to pull as the side walk is uneven, but feasible.

The Ouchi Hotel Itsukaichi is located near the JR Station Itsukaichi (approx. 10 minute walk). The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. You'll find everything you need (washing machine, dishes, cuttlery, fridge etc.). In top of that there were also coffee (!), tea and basic hygiene products for free. Also there are several restaurants, supermarkets and konbini around. It's a quiet neighbourhood, everything was nicely cleaned and the beds are comfortable. We planned to visit Miyajima and Hiroshima. For this purpose the location of the apartment is perfekt, since it's only about 10-15 minutes to both locations. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

It seemed like there wasn't anybody around for a while since there was a musty scent in the apartment, but after several hours of airing it, everything was fine.

The stay takes place in an apartment. Surprisingly the flat keeps some traditional japanese style, especially at the entrance and at the main room. The space is very large. It's clean and comfortable.

There is no private carpark. There is a paid carpark outside apartment building. It costs 400yen per 24 hours. However, the number of carpark is not too many.

There is plenty of space and the apartment is comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the balcony was pleasant to sit out on with a good view. The location is convenient being less than 10 minutes walk to Itsukaichi Station which is about 20 minutes from Hiroshima. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

There were no glasses to drink from or knives to eat with. We stayed 3 weeks and had to pay for a change of bed sheets after 2 weeks which was disappointing. The wi fi went off a few times.

The property was spacious for four of us and it had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, spacious living room and kitchen had everything we needed.

The check in process was not so easy and it didn’t work as mentioned in the manual. The support staff was not able to help due to language constraints. The wifi password mentioned in the booklet didn’t work but the support staff helped us connect to a different SSID later.
