It’s a beautiful house on a hill overlooking the Ito city. We enjoyed great sea and city views in our room, which are breathtaking during both daytime and evening. When the weather was fine, we could see the Omuro standing beautifully on a hill range from one of our windows. The food provided by the hosts was exceptionally good. We enjoyed every meal served by the talented chef and the hospitality shown by the hosts.

You need to climb up some stairs before reaching the house. So don’t bring large bags with you. Just pack the basic stuff and enjoy a relaxing holiday there.

Good location with easy access to the station, great view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. Owners are very friendly and offering us pickup and drop off service. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and filling with beautiful presentation. In addition, both indoor and outdoor onsens have unblocked ocean view.

A bit of steps to the accommodation, but owner is helping us to carry the luggage, really appreciated.

The location is on a hill above the town with beautiful views over the bay, including an indoor and outdoor private Onsen. The owners are so kind and friendly. We had amazing breakfast everyday and tried lots of new foods. I would really recommend staying for dinner too - excellent fresh fish and unique flavours, in a room overlooking the sea. Very talented chefs!

Very spacious rooms with a big living space and a great view of Ito bay. The onsens were very nice also and the dinner and breakfast were of top quality. The hosts were very nice also and they picked us up from the station to the hotel and back when we left.

Rooms are of light material and not so sound-proof. Also the hostel is on a hill as other reviews say, but if hosts pick you up from and to the station it's very convenient and going down by walking without luggage is very easy.

It was a very good japanese breakfast, very filling! We loved the outdoor onsen and the beautiful view over the city and bay. The owners were very helpful, giving us a lift to the station when we left.

Lighting by the bedside could have been better, but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Views from the room and the outside onsen are absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was really nice.

It's a bit noisy due to train traffic, but nothing some ear plugs could not fix.

The food course is well prepared , especially the dinner. It will cost a lot if you want to have the same food in restaurants. Strongly recommended if you like delicate fish and enjoy the sea view.

As other comments mentioned, there are many steps and the facilities cannot compare to fancy hotels, but I think it’s okay since the price is not expensive and the foods deserve. If you are very picky with the decoration and facilities and don’t care about the price, you’d better choose the other one. For foreign visitors, it has the essentials things such as the spring and sea view, which I enjoyed a lot. However, if you want so stay for a long time, it maybe a little inconvenient. One or two days would be best for the hotel

We loved the amazing view, the private outdoors onsen and Japanese style breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly. 15min walk from Ito Orange beach, although the hill is quite steep, a car or taxi is better to get to the hotel.

The windows didn't have dark curtains, it was hard to stay asleep especially in July were the sunrise is at 4am. The isolation of the room was not so good, we could hear people above us walking which was also a problem for sleeping.
