I promise one of the best properties I have ever been. The location is excellent. Very close to ito station and in front of beautiful beach. I really recommend to reserve room with ocean view, the morning was stunning! The receptionist was very very helpful and friendly. She speaks in English so it wasn’t a problem to communicate. There were free ryokans and also onsenas in the building so our stay was really nice. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. Lady in reception offered us to keep our belonging despite our stay ended, so we could spend our day without heavy backpacks. Definitely recommend, hope we will have opportunity to visit that beautiful city again.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The public and private onsen facilities were absolutely fantastic. They have a games centre downstairs which was fun. Love that they provide yukata to wear around the hotel + town

They don’t allow tattoos in the public onsens. The hallways and rooms look quite dated and shabby (rooms were definitely nicer), but they both smelt quite a bit like cigarette smoke. In particular the bathroom in our room was not very good, it smelt very musty, and the showerhead was quite clogged. But it’s a bath kind of place so 🤷

I chose an ocean view room and I loved that I could just sit and relax while looking out to the sea. I could have swam while there but the weather was not conducive. Still the view and the location were great. Also enjoyed the mens bath house a couple of times.

It does take a whlle to get used to the Japanese bedding. It's rather firm, and it was the same in each place I stayed for the most part over my trip.

Beautiful traditional room in a great location with an ocean view. We received the highest floor which we really appreciated. The service was great.

They keep the towels in a wooden basket on the floor which I assume is hard to clean. I grabbed a towel which was covered with hair and made us second guess the cleaning standards. However I feel like if only they didn’t use that basket for towels we wouldn’t had any complaints.

Amazing location, just a couple of minutes away from Ito station and right by the ocean. The open bath is not tattoo friendly, however there were other options available, both free and for a small fee. Highly recommend paying for the open air bath, it’s located on the roof terrace with an excellent view, lovely atmosphere and relaxing bath. Very friendly staff. Ito is a very charming town with gorgeous nature and lovely atmosphere.

Located within 5 minutes of Ito Station. The Onsens were wonderful, with family baths and great public baths. We were greeted by a lovely reception, and they prepared cold water in an ice tumbler and cooled the room prior to our arrival. The ocean view was fantastic, and the room was one of the most spacious we've experienced in Japan. The bathroom and toilet are recently renovated. We hope to be back again!

We enjoyed our stay :) The staff is very friendly. We had a room with an ocean view and it was really beautiful! The room was bigger than looked in the photos, so we were positively surprised. We booked a private bath for an additional price and it was nice.

The place is kind of retro ;) We didn't mind, but if you like modern places maybe it's not the place for you.

Staying in this hotel in Ito was the highlight of the trip! The room had a tatami sea view and an in-room onsen for just over 8100 yen. They also offered a private open-air onsen for 4500 yen/3 hours, which is great value. Initially, I hesitated about staying in Ito for a night, but after visiting, I definitely think I should have stayed another day to relax and sunbathe by the sea. There's no need to rush.

I stayed in the room no.315 there have no toilet in the room and 3F have to go to 1F and only 1 each for man and woman ! not enough at all.

This hotel is very very nice ! The room was amazing: big, clean and comfortable. The location in front of the sea is amazing. You can access the beach easily and the view from the room is very pretty. The hotel also offers nice facilities such as a small game center and several onsen (for men, women, families and private bookable onsen). The staff is also really nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay there and didn't want to leave the hotel :)
