Breakfast was a good portion, and there was convenient transit both into Fukuoka proper and to Kyushu University, which I was visiting for work. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood to get dinner at as well. The price is very competitive and affordable.

While the food was good, the breakfast lacked options. The trip into downtown Fukuoka is straightforward (1-2 trains, depending on time and need for transfer), but does take 40-50 minutes, so not ideal if you are planning to spend a lot of time downtown. The neighbourhood around the hotel and Chikuzen-Maebaru is very quiet, though, so the long transit time might be worth it to you.

Hotel a bit old but still not too bad quite comfortable and convenient to train station. I like the free coffee, too bad I can't drink as there is wine and soft drinks provided for guest also.

the hotel is very clean. it is located nearby Chikuzen Maebaru train station. there is also car park at the hotel but the parking is based on first come first served. anyway, if the parking is full you can park your car at a paid parking just in front of the hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to access by car and I heard it's close to the train station. There was parking available at the hotel and also a nearby pay lot. My hotel room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I also highly appreciate the staff who spoke Japanese and some English. There was a situation where I left my tablet behind in the hotel room and not only did they secure it but they agreed to mail it to me since I live so far away. That is above and beyond what I expected. Staff is excellent.
