I truly enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, tucked in a quiet neighborhood, yet only one train stop away from the charming, historic Nishijin Street. The room was more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed—everything worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the instructions were easy to follow, even for someone like me who doesn't speak Japanese (Google Translate came in handy a few times!). Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience—would definitely stay again.

The apartments had a great location near the subway station that goes directly to the airport. The apartment itself was really big and had a lot of space. I think it’s also suited for more people. It has all the important things like a refrigerator on microwave a stove, all dishes and glasses and also pants and some knives I think it was very comfortable.

So my only problem was the bathroom it’s probably a bathroom out of 70s. It had a lot of mold in it and it also had some places to be repaired but most importantly there was a decent amount of mold so for all the people with a mold allergy this apartment is probably not suited. Also, the second thing that’s quite OK for the price, was the floor which felt very sticky and also not very clean.

Very clean, tidy and spacious apartment for a solo traveller. All appliances worked well, especially the air conditioning unit, which was very convenient after being outside in the heat all day long. Staff were nice and friendly too! :)

Nothing wrong with Fujisaki Plus One. If you're coming to Fukuoka, I recommend booking with them. It's close to the Fujisaki subway station and bus terminal and there are a few convenience stores and restaurants in the area too!

Good value for the money. Quite spacious. Ok location, although it is a bit far from the city centre. But close enough to the subway and several bus lines. Direct bus to the beach. A very nice coffeshop nearby, Neutral coffee, and also a really nice ramen restaurant, Tomoike, with really tasty ramen and in a very nice traditional house, (https://maps.app.goo.gl/iicWTi5p9dNEfY2E9 )

Compared to the price, i shouldnt make any complaints, but what I didnt like was: * the futonbed was not very comfortable at all. The other two beds were good. * the towels were tiny!!!! * the balcony is not a balcony, but a place where you can hang things to dry. But do not drop them on the ground, then you will have to wash them again, as the floor is both wet and dirty. * you get only one key. That is impractical when you're 3 guests in the room.

My wife got sick just before arriving and requested early check-in. The owner kindly accepted it and make the cleaning staff to wait the property and handed the key. This property is near to bus stop and not so far from subway station. If you wanna stay in the area of locals, this is the best place to stay.

Sofa bed was not so comfortable. In this time we need to sleep on the floor level for both, but we recommend to use loft bed for one of you when you visit here with more than two.

The apartment was nice. I would be small if you were more than two people. The sofa and the bed is nice. The kitchen is small but there are some basic utensils to cook something.

The bathroom needed a more in depths cleaning because there was some mold. Also the wallpaper is the room had some mold. I don't know if it was only my room. A bit on the noisy side.

We booked this place as we wanted to be near Fujisaki Station, as we used to live nearby and were visiting friends. It was great value for money and a very comfortable stay. Easy check in, short walk to the station which takes you directly to Ohori-koen or Hakata. A short bike ride to Momochi Beach or Fukuoka Tower. Check in was easy, and there is a lot of information the host will send you prior to your stay which can answer any questions you may have. We slept one person on the single bed and one person comfortably on the floor futon (no double bed). It looks like there was another futon in the cupboard which you could combine with the other one to make a double if you wanted to, on the mezzanine.

No elevator to the second floor for baggage, but this was OK.

The room is quite big, clean and very nice. It's really close from the subway station, and the area is very quiet. There is a 7eleven right next to the accommodation. The check in and out is very fast and simple

It's a bit hard to have warm water, in the shower, it's either quite hot or quite cold. The fridge was a little big noisy at night

I have reviewed the first stay here and this is my second one. In comparison, the room's facilities were newer (fridge less noisy, the bathtub was stable, the floor less marks and stains). I stayed for an insanely cheap price too. Excellent location.

As with before, despite me already checking in a few days earlier, I had to reenter everything into the ipad from scratch. This was particularly annoying as I was late for a meeting because of this process, two old ladies were checking in before me and they had trouble checking in and working the ipad and unlocking the safe to get their keys and so on. Thankfully a family of four let me jump the que as they knew it would take them forever too (imagine 7 people with cases in a cramped hall, two old ladies blocking the front door trying to check in and work an ipad, and me late for a business meeting because of this).

Convinient, and also have some near cars coin parking ...

The staff dont automatically respose when calling at the entrance ipad. Anyway we waited patiently.its not recommended if some kids waiting and other costumers I guess.. i really appreciate it and its not expensive. thank you.
