This hotel is located in the main business district of Kagoshima. The hotel is very well maintained and room facilities are new and stylish. The bathroom is very spacious and is segregated by functions. The tea bags offered by the hotel are highly recommended. It is directly opposite to Donki Quote, and in close proximity to a shopping mall and Tenmonken shotenkai. I would pick this hotel again if I happen to visit Kagoshima again.

Room size is slightly small, however, not a big issue.

Great location in the centre of things in Kagoshima city- right at Tenmonkan, the busy shopping and eating area with a tram stop just a step away. Very comfortable bed and wonderful “rain” shower in a booth rather than over a bath. Nice bonus massage chair in the room and lots of very nice tea (bags) to take freely at reception (kettle, mugs and small fridge in room). Best shower gel and shampoo- not the usual hotel stuff.

Not too keen on the dusty blinds for the shower and toilet looking directly across to busy shops/offices/restaurants! An extra curtain or blind to pull across would have felt more comfortable. Coffee machine or drip coffee packs would have been nice. Breakfast not a lot for the price- set Tully’s breakfast plate ( but good coffee!)

In the middle of Tenmonkan, this is an absolute recommendation to stay at! From shopping to dining, there is nothing missing and in abundance! Tram and Bus are also very close by for getting to the port or you just decide to walk like us, about 15 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially when we decided to store our luggage on checkout and when we needed to get a taxi afterwards to get to the station. Everything went smoothly. The rooms was clean and well equipped, what we liked most about the room was the massage-chair, very cool feature and one we didn’t have before in any of the hotels we booked so far!

The fridge was the smallest we have ever encountered in a hotel in Japan.

Very convenient and comfortable - near the bus and tram stops to go places - near lots of food options, including restaurants and convenience stores - bathroom, especially the toilet, were fantastic - buttons controlling lights are easily accessible from your bed

If I had to nitpick very tiny things: - wall socket near the door makes it difficult to open the door when using an adaptor, since it juts out of the wall more (but minor issue since there are other wall sockets anyway) - guests with very large luggages may find floor space lacking top open your luggage (medium luggages and below are just fine though!)

The rooms offered a cozy atmosphere, with sufficient space for the three of us and our luggage. Considering our main activities were showering and sleeping, the room size was perfectly suitable. The rooms were quiet to the outside bustle. The massage chair was a delightful addition, and I had the pleasure of enjoying it. The added convenience of being in close proximity to local shops and restaurants enhanced our overall stay. Public transport was just a short stroll away, and we enjoyed taking the trams (streetcars). Virtually everything was within walking distance, making our experience even more enjoyable.

While on the cosier side, these rooms were more than adequate for our needs.

Convinient location being on Tenmonkan main street for buses and trams around Kagoshima. Airport bus stop just a couple minutes walk away. Main train station 15-20min walk. Staff friendly, entrance is modern although have to go up to lobby which is on third floor. Room was small but clean.

Amienties could include earplugs for the city noise, although this is very small point.

The staff was really amazing. Cheers up to the lady from Okinawa at the reception when we arrived. She took the time to explain us the way to sakurajima and the touristic possibilities there as well as dropping her luggage. This is the kind of additional service that makes a great trip. Room was compact but perfectly comfortable, with a bright bathroom and refreshingly powerful shower. Staff were cheerful and efficient, and the hotel's location is in the city centre, with its multitude of shops, restaurants and bars. The train station is a short bus, tram or taxi ride away. Though essentially a no-frills place, it nevertheless had a bit of style in terms of decor.

Just WOW! Futuristic theme and design, using black color as main theme is rare, but it present nicely in this hotel, staffs, room comfy, cleanness, all are great. It located at tenmonkan, hottest shops and restaurants just around you, and it worth for the money.

Nothing, flawless experience.

Great location close to the harbour, lots of restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing around. Parkind was available just around the corner of the bulding with a special Hotel Rate. The room is small but functional, modern and clean. We had a great stay.
