We stayed at the family room. It was bigger than expected and it was such a beautiful experience. We stayed for one night at the end of our Japan trip, so we could be close to the airport for our morning flight. The family room has everything you need plus you get the chance to have an amazing experience in a traditional Japanese room. We walked 15min to spend our afternoon at the beach. It’s a few minutes away from the train station and there are restaurants and convenience stores a few minutes away.

Near to the train station, just 5 mins walk. There is also an onsen (niji no yu onsen) nearby the beach which is another 10 mins walk. It was self check-in so we can check in whenever we want. The guest house has 2 buildings. We booked a family room which one of the entire building was for us. Toilet & shower are separated. Quiet. There is large heating mat on the bedroom floor.

We love this guest house but just to let other people know that the 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 building has: No bathtub. No refrigerator. 4 Futon beds have occupied 80% of the bedroom space but the futon was large so 4 futon beds can sleep 6 people if there is enough pillows. Need to upload passport photo few days before to the owner which was Osaka Law stated by the owner.

1. Great location for lay over to Kansai Airport. Only 25 minutes by train to airport. 5 minutes walk to train station 2. The guest house is located at a small lane (the lane is beside a coin laundry which face the main road). As you enter the small lane, you will see A&Z on your left.  3. Very cozy house. The room is not big but comfortable for two. At first was sceptical about the shared bathroom but it was so nice and clean and smell good.  Felt very much at home. Very quite town and neighbourhood.   4. Check in was fast and easy even though it was self check in. Check out was fast and convenient,  just left the key in the room and left the room unlocked.   5. The property owner was very responsive to every of my request and inquiry.   6. Great value for money.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this property if you just want a lay over for transit to Kansai airport .

It’s very convenient from station and convenience store. The location is also by a quiet neighborhood so it’s safe and quiet. The room is clean and well equipped. Me and my friends stayed there with no issues and we are all surprised by the quality at this price. The staff is also very nice and respond to our message very quickly which saved us so much time on planning. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay if you are traveling nearby.

Excellent location for transiting to Kansai airport. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s a house so the bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests but the bedrooms lock with a key. It’s self check in which was an easy and smooth process.

As there is not staff on premises there is no one to enforce quiet times, we did experience some loud guests in another room who we had to ask repeatedly to quiet down.

The house is quiet close to the sea, so before leaving Japan, we had the luxuary to spend the last evening by the sea side. There are some swings and a park (10 min walk from the guest house), which the kids loved. There are convenience stores near by. The price / quality is good. We had 1 room with 4 comfy Japanese mattresses. Bath room, kitchen and toilets are shared. Everything is super clean and well maintained.

We realized there is a change to go to the airport - not sure if there is a direct way to do the way from guest house to airport

We stayed here just for one night as we needed to be close by to the airport for the following morning. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk from the train station that takes you to the airport. The beds where comfy and the room and shared bathroom was clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

It’s a self check on service, this wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for some people. The lock on the bathroom door didn’t work. There where no towels provided.

Amazing traditional Japanese room! Very clean, futong beds seem to be hard, but turned out to be very comfy. Cozy, heavy duvets. The house itself is also cozy and clean. Self check-in easy and fun, the owner responding and polite. Location very close to Nankai metro station, couple of stops from the airport, lots of stores nearby.

Quick walk from the station and the 24 hour Lawsons. Very clean and comfortable. Easy contact with the hosts. wifi is good aircon is good. Simple room but if all you want to do is chill or sleep it's perfect. I thought the beds were very comfy.

It was very easy to hear other people but that's understandable. The stairs were very steep. Bring a towel. Also, when you shower the water builds up around your feet. Maybe just a quick plunger on the drain would fix it.

Nice traditional Japanese accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood fairly close to the airport. Great introduction to Japan walking through narrow laneways between the train station and the guest house.

Even though very clear check in instructions were given, it would be better to have staff present.
