The room was amazingly spacious, conbini downstairs, staff really helpful with taxi arrangements, super near the station. Fair price for vending machines and laundry.

There is no much in the surroundings in terms of cafes and reastaurants

Something served in a cup (sealed by plastic sheet). It contained some stuff which was fermented.

Staff was really nice, food was tasty and room was cozy.

Clean comfortable hotel. Smallish room but layout much better than other Toyoko hotels ive stayed in, made it feel much bigger. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Very close to.several train lines, and 2 stations. Useful.for travel but noise of trains may not be for everyone, although it did not bother us. Breakfast was ok, but if you left it too late it was nt replenished very well. Still a bonus none the less.

Way to far out of Yokahama! Needed to use train every day to get to city. Station is very close but still not ideal. Not many decent eateries nearby, but there is a Macdonalds if that floats your boat! Another real.gripe for me is no free coffee after breakfast time finished Only tea. Ive always found free coffee available in other Japanese hotels, but never in Toyoko ones. A real dissappointment for me. I love my coffee when I come in after a day out.

The room are clean and water pressure strong. they have water dispenser and microwave on the ground floor. good friendly staff and easy process for check in

location is beside train track. even the window are sound proof there are still slight vibration when train run pass. still need to a train to get to yokohama central

I just liked the check in and check out process. It was efficient and effective It is also conveniently placed near the Convenient stores and MacDonalds

Well I got a smoking room and I didn’t like that cause I don’t smoke and didn’t like the smell but otherwise good experience

It is close to the station and easily go to Yokohama station. It is a short train travel to the Haneda Airport.

Breakfast is poor quality and limited variety. No shopping area around, no supermarket and only McDonalds across the street and a convenience store next to it.
