The staff were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, and good quality amenities were provided. The tap water was safe to drink. The room and water heating were also good. The breakfast was exceptional. There were multiple elevators, which were quite fast. There was a small store next to the reception, where you could buy souvenirs, snacks and gacha. I could comfortably walk barefoot on the tatami floor.

The ceiling lights did not seem to be working. However, the room lighting was adequate for evening activities. The nearest convenience store was a bit far away.

Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese options. We went to dinner at the in house steak restaurant on the 8th floor. We were served by a waitress in kimono. Several courses as we watched the sun set.

Hotel is quite outdated, limited opening hours of the swimming pool. Swimming pool is closed when it rains or when it has rained. Restaurants appear to be in poor condition and quite expensive.

The hotel is adjacent to a hilly forest, so there are good views out big windows. The bathtub is longer than most in Japan.

This "international" hotel has seen better days - the outside premises are not well-kept, and the room I stayed in was rundown with a faulty electrical outlet, worn carpet, sagging mattress, a torn sofa covered with a sheet, and old furniture with scratches and marks. The location is far from town, so if you're coming by public transport from Kanazawa, you need to take a local train to a rural train and then walk 20 minutes. There are very few restaurants in the area.
