What a great hotel! Such nice people work there, the room was so nice and we had a really great view on the 10th floor even though we basically booked the cheapest room. We booked a twin room with two single beds and were so happy we could push them together. The pajamas provided gave it an extra warm welcoming feeling and the room had a nice little sitting area where we enjoyed our complimentary coffee in the morning. Really great place!

Some of the restaurants nearby weren't that good- it's not their fault but definitely do some research when heading out.

Great value for the money, I stayed in a room with a double bed. Small but super functional, very comfortable. The mattress was amazing, and it also had 4 pillows, which is great. Great shower with bathtub. Clean towels and bed linen every morning. A coffee machine with 4 Nespresso capsules. Free tea. Minibar. Last but not least, the location is perfect, close to everything. If I come back to Kanazawa, I’ll stay at the hotel again.

Nothing to say, 10 out of 10, this hotel rocks!

Entirely smoke-free property, although there was some smoking outside the front door and in the street because of adjacent clubs. But no smoke at all inside the property. Standard small Japanese hotel room but well laid out and felt huge compared with the Akihabara hotel we had come from. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean, fresh looking decor. We didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area looked very compact and crowded. One washing machine and it works. Arrived there via number 9 bus, which requires taking Ng a paper ticket and paying cash (bus stop is directly opposite the hotel). The left and right circle buses also stop there and take the Suica and similar. Kanazawa though is very walkable, especially to the gardens, museum and castle, so we didn't use the bus much.

Spacious rooms and neat and clean hotel. The hotel is on a buzzing street with restaurants, markets and tourists - lively vibe. Just behind the hotel there is an extended market containing small izakaya, local eateries etc. I loved taking stroll in the katamachi market behind the hotel and had excellent food there. The old town higashyama is a bit far but I like going there during the day and exploring area near hotel during evening.

Clean and comfy rooms. The only draw back the pillows were a bit uncomfortable Shower was the best I've ever had so powerful. With gorgeous scented shampoo conditioner and body bath. Aircon ,heaters for it being cold. Tea/coffee machine. Slippers, gown, tv and small fridge . Very polite staff happy to help. Breakfast was a buffet style hot and cold with lots to choose from very nice.

It was a really good hotel for the price. You wouldn't find a hotel this good for the price in bigger cities. Super comfortable room with a coffee machine and even a little corner with a table. I really liked it. They only clean every 4 days so if you're only there for 3 nights your room won't be cleaned. But they make sure to give you fresh towels every single day.

Such a lovely hotel! Everything about it was excellent. Rooms were extremely comfortable, had everything you might need and bathroom was fantastic too. Room had loads of space too which was great. Hotel was very safe. The cleaning and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Located in an area within walking distance of the local tourist attractions and had plenty stores nearby too. The nespresso coffee pods were a lovely touch a great start to the day. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, definitely a 10/10!

Overall, the location was really good, and I felt safe walking around the neighbourhood, especially as a female travelling alone. The hotel was comfortable, and it was a bonus that the TV had the Netflix app, so I was able to use my own account (it only provides the app, so you'll have to have your own account to use it).

The bathroom was clean and had good space, but I noticed that it had an odd smell. Nothing that was a major concern, but it might be helpful to someone who is smell sensitive.

Good location about 25 mins from the station or 10 minutes by bus. Close to restaurants and attractions such as the samurai district and parks. We slept very well. Clean, had a coffee machine, kettle and there were branded pyjamas available. Air conditioned rooms too and they let us keep luggage there after we checked out

Good location near to the city center. Around hotel are many bars and restaurants. Room was fine, well-equipped.

Our room’s window faced a wall. We arrived in Kanazawa without much prior research, so we asked the staff for recommendations on what to see and eat in the city. Although they were very friendly, they didn’t provide us with much helpful information.
