The water system was spotlessly clean and polished. I went to a music concert nearby, very conveniently, The queue for the concert went all the way to the front of the hotel. thank you very much.

What stood out the most was how kind and supportive the staff were during a very stressful time. We were stuck in a snowstorm trying to reach Kanazawa, and one staff member patiently guided me over the phone without ever sounding upset or frustrated. He helped in such a friendly and calm way that it truly left a lasting impression. Thanks to the staff’s kindness during a snowstorm, this trip became one I’ll never forget and it makes me want to go to Kanazawa again.

We loved this hotel. Lovely rooms, exceptional staff and convenient location. There was a miscommunication with the hotel about parking and they did absolutely everything in order to make it right. The manager and staff were honest, honourable and understanding. We recommend this hotel without reservation.

All round great quality room in a good location near to lots of restaurants and convince stores and tourist attractions. Easy to get to from the trains station. We were able to leave our bags with reception before check in as we arrived early. Staff were very helpful

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay (washing machine, breakfast). And it's within walking distance from the main attractions.

The room is quite small for two people. Two big suitcases would hardly fit.
