Breakfast was very good with so many choices. We were expecting some staff if not all speaks but very few almost nobody speaks English. There are quite a number of foreigners who are English speaking. I love the cleanliness and organized things bubI really found the room too small for us, but in saying this I will still return to the hotel sndcrecommendbto friends

Bigger room for two persons, our room will only fit single person. More staff speaking Englush even just the basic conversation.

There is natural hot spring, with good location just behind the popular walkway, and breakfast are included. Although not much choice, it’s free what can you ask for.

The carpark could only park around 10 cars . However they do provide a cooperative temporary car park nearby also free of charge. It around 80 meters from the hotel. It will trouble you a bit when raining or having lot luggage with you.

Free WiFi - Non-mix public bath - Lift to room Remarks: we stay at level 2, the only room in that level and same level with public bath and Coin laundry. Very convenient! - Coin laundry is cheap at JPY 200 per wash while dryer is free to use! - Uss of passcode is convenient. Don't need to worry about misplacement of room key or access card. - Breakfast starts early at 6:30 and with good variety for the price. - Cleanliness - Free but limited parking - Walking distance to train station, Donki and many eateries.

Room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly, even though I didn't speak Japanese.

Some may love the choice to pick your pillow, but the selections seemed to be inferior to other hotels that provide feather pillows. The room was tiny, with no room for a luggage rack, so I had to use the desk.

The building is close to a station, as well as very clean and offers a nice breakfast as well as a hot bath with good facilities. The room has a nice bathroom and a good tv, although maybe larger than it needs to be.

There's almost nothing I don't like besides the fact that this hotel uses a code system to enter rooms rather than a keycard or something physical. In addition, the pillow was very, very solid, too much for me.

The service of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although small, surprised it had a small public onsen bath.

The toilet seat is small for a normal size adult to use, just barely fitting the butt. Considering the value, it is expected the toilet is also small but not the toilet seat.

Is near to Hon-kawagoe station, is like 300m, JR station is slightly far, around 800m. Good location, close to Saitama old town. A lot nice Japanese snack you can get it there. Love the public shower in the hotel, the onsen is good. Breakfast is very good too.

Bed can be more comfortable, check out time is 10am, it will be good if is 11am.

Hotel staff is very friendly with warm welcome. Hotel location is very good in walking distance to JR station and travel spots. Japanese breakfast was ver pleasant, many options and very good taste.

Connecting rooms are a bot tight, need to do special arrangement to place 3 28” luggages.

Outdoor free carpark in fromt of hotel but not many lots. Check in was smooth, counter staff can speak abit of English. Restaurants nearby along a shopping street behind the hotel. Room was clean

Room was very small even for 2 people with 2 luggages. Bathroom was very small, kept banging my elbow against the wall during shower.
