Nice room, clean bathroom (shared, but wasn't a problem), useful facilities on the top floor (although see below for one point). I hadn't actually originally planned to book this place, but I realised late on there was a gap in our itinerary, so this was really a very lucky find!

Really needed some detergent to use the laundry. Obviously providing it for free would have been ideal, but even a vending machine to buy a small amount would have been better than nothing. Also we arrived a little bit early and wanted to drop off our luggage, but we couldn't reach anyone on the phone at the front desk, so we had to take it out to lunch with us. It wasn't the end of the world, but it would have been nice to drop it off a bit earlier.

This was the most impressive hostel/hotel i have ever stayed.. the place was immaculate, we had fresh towels, lovely shampoo and body wash in the showers, the powder room was an amazing extra with a brilliant hairdryer and straighteners. The rooms were spotless and so well decorated, the touches like the lounging clothes, the kettle and dehumidifiers for loan were exceptional, we loved the extra toucrs like the origami clouds with birds, the cotton pads with a hair tie, the brush.. all fantastic, well done to the owners. Tge reception desk staff were fantastic. Very helpful and efficient.

Location- great, walking distance to everything Staff- Super friendly, hospitable, helpful with giving good instructions and tips on how to get to places. The young ladies in the morning and the gentleman in the evening-they were all great. Room- small, but cozy. The beds were comfy and had light, and outlet everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed was there. The showers and bathrooms were private and had the necessary amenities. 4th floor had lounge and eating area and washer and dryer and vending machines. It was quiet and you can relax and read a book in peace. Everything was clean. No complaints. Will say this as a foreigner to another foreigner- please make sure to follow the proper hotel etiquette for everyone's sake.

The desk was 24hours and despite some difficulties in speaking English the person there really did do his best to try and help me with something I needed to get done, and was very friendly about it even at midnight. After that I was given a room all to myself even though I booked a bunk bed in a dorm style room, and the facilities were excellent. Next what happened was amazing in terms of service. There was an issue with the request I made when I arrived so the hotel went out of their way in a BIG BIG way to help me sort out the predicament I was in. I've stayed at a bunch of hotels and havn't experienced such level of service. It was very memorable and I would be sure to stay the property again given the chance. Not much. They did a fantastic job and I really appreciated my time at this property.

The facility was very clean, easy access to food on the first floor, lounge space was very nice, vending machines and laundry available. I chose to stay in a private room that was spacious with bunk beds. Sink was in the room as well as a small desk and sitting space. Check in process was pretty easy, discount on the local public bathhouse. They let me store my luggage there while I explored the amazing city, and its perfectly placed right in the area I wanted to explore the most.

The beds werent the comfiest in the world, but they were nice. I had a tiny bit of noise issues through the night, but nothing to complain to the front desk for. The desk reception is not always around, they do rounds, and have to call them on a provided phone if they are needed. Was a bit weird to do, but worked for me.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are neat and well equipped, even if separate to the room. The bed mattress was excellent. Location is perfect.

The room was very small. With a king size bed, there is no room to put your suitcase and its content. For big and tall people it’s a bit tight. Some shelving and hooks would make a difference.

The staff here is the friendliest ever.. they're very sweet, and helped us with their phone when we had an issue with a rental car. The place was clean, the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in my life too. The sleeping clothes were so comfortable.

I’ve stayed here mid week and chose the shared bedroom (8beds total) I was pleasantly surprised to find out nobody was sharing the room with me and the bathrooms were cleaned perfectly. The lounge floor was great with plenty of seats and a small kitchen and machines

No complaints, this place is amazing, you won’t regret it.

The location is good, the staff is friendly though they can’t speak much English, the room is big and there’s a powder room for women. They are cooperative with an onsen, so I get the discount for the onsen, my first onsen in Japan (also the best one I tried so far). I booked for the mixed dorm fir 12 people but I was the only guest that night, so I got to have a whole room! it’s really nice, but it’s a pity that I couldn’t make friends. I seldom give 10/10 because o think nothing is perfect, but this hotel worth a 10/10.

I thought very well organised and arranged for guests to be comfortable, this accommodation. clean and tidy comfortable to stay.
