There were a few extras with this that I wasn’t aware of when booking. Great little surprise. I chose this for it’s location near the airport and I would totally use it again. Very new hotel and very good stuff.

Breakfast buffet was so busy! But it meant the buffet dishes turned over very quickly. The staff were amazing. I had never seen a rice dispenser before and mistook it for a coffee machine. I dislike the idea of the smoking rooms on many floors because even though the rooms are smoke free, smoke does get into the corridors.

This place has everything: Comfortable room with desk, breathing, laundry machines, sando and polite staff. The hotel is nearby the train station and has a direct entrance from the station. Restaurants and supermarket nearby, check the izakayas in the area too and the Indian restaurant. It was also really easy to get to the airport and to Osaka (had business on both sides). The train station nearby is noisy. Starts from early morning until midnight.

Roomy public bath, strong WIFI, varied buffet breakfast that's mostly different every morning. If you don't mind the walking, most attractions are nearby. Local supermarkets are close to hotel for convenient shopping. For the price, it's a decent place to homebase out of for visits to Osaka and Kyoto. Very close to KIX too. Overall, nice facilities. My room was next to smoking room, but no smell whatsoever!

Kishiwada attractions, such as the castle, require some walking as public transport is not convenient to there. No complaints with the hotel itself.

Very well located next to the station so is easy to get to and from the airport as well as the rest of the area. Breakfast is a buffet style which was great to start the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The height of the bathroom was very low as my head touched the ceiling (I am around 6’2). But it is the same in most of Japan.

Clean, friendly, all facilities working, useful distance from airport. Very nice staff. Breakfast abundant, but less choices for western palette however, perfectly good. Found some snacks, shops across the way although it does have restaurant. Lots of vending machines, had parking, very convenient.Helpful front desk staff.

I suppose we didnt factor in how close it is to the station...literally looking at the tracks from our room...so great for commuting, but we found it a little noisy. It did go quiet at night, but dont expect a lie in...although i suppose it's not expected you linger too long anyway. Did not affect us too much just be prepared if you want absolute soundproofing. Quite small bathroom but it had everything you need.

Very close to train station (back exit leads straight to the hotel door). Staff was nice and the room was big and comfortable. There are good restaurants nearby.

Just an FYI, this didn't bother me at all but you should be aware : the trains run till about midnight and start early in the morning. You can hear them in the room

Hotel is just next to the station. It is very convenient to get a train from this location. We stayed here overnight to catch a flight in the morning from the Kansai Int Airport. I think many guests stay in this hotel for the same purpose. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is from 6.45 am - 9.30 am. Buffet was very nice with a combination of Japanese and western food items. Room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent with all the required items. There is also an onsen at the 1st floor. Additionally coin laundry, vending machines, microwaves also available. There are many restaurants close to the hotel including Japanese, Nepalese/ Indian etc. Highly recommended.

TV menu was in Japanese. I could not find a way to change the language to English.

The hotel is right next to the JR train station, making it extremely easy to commute when staying in this hotel. All services are very good, including the front desk, restaurant for breakfast and the room service. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel at Higashikiswada Ekimae.

Nothing I did not like. I am happy with all things provided by this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again if I will be back to Osaka.

It is close to the airport, if that is what you are searching for. Room is pretty big, considering that rooms in Japan are really small.

Quite noisy, as the train is just next to it. The area around does not have many interesting things, but it is not the fault of the hotel, so my rate is not considering it, but just to let people know about it.
