Our stay at Park Front Hotel in Osaka was a dream come true! The prime location right next to Universal Studios Japan made our visit incredibly convenient. The grandeur of the lobby left a lasting impression, and the staff’s exceptional helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. The buffet breakfast was a delightful highlight, offering a great start to our days. The assistance provided in securing express passes, even when they were sold out elsewhere, showcased the staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction. Choosing to stay in Universal City was a strategic move for our two-day USJ adventure. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets within walking distance added a layer of convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic blend of comfort and accessibility!

While our experience at Park Front Hotel was largely positive, we did encounter a minor issue with our initial room, which had stains on the wall. The explanation provided was that it resulted from luggage standing against the wall. Although the staff promptly offered to change our room, it did hint at the need for some timely refurbishment of the rooms. Aside from this, there weren’t any major drawbacks to our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property.

Was great that The Park Front Hotel was located so close to Universal Studios Theme Park. Loved the fantastic views from our room at night and the shopping and so many fantastic restaurants, food bars and cafes within walking distance from the hotel.. Excellent Hotel and location. Would definitely stay again... Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a fabulous one..

The location for entry to Universal Studios can’t be beat. Buying tickets for the park couldn’t be easier. Everywhere I read online said that once you enter Universal Studios you can’t leave and get back in but staying at this hotel meant that we could, all we had to do was show our room key. That was a huge bonus for us with kids. When we arrived at the hotel I left my credit card in the taxi and the staff at check in were so helpful with getting it returned for me. I also left behind my kids toy in the room after checkout and housekeeping were amazing at finding it for me and delivered it to my next hotel in Osaka that same day - amazing service.

Prime location to universal studios, just within a 3 minute walk. Lovely staff and a good amount speak English. The rooms and bathrooms were decently sized as well.

Maybe a little too close to things. We were on floor 12 and from 6:50am every day the loud music started from Universal City Street and then later could hear screaming from rides. Don't expect to have a nap. Breakfast wasn't as Western friendly as the photos shown. I don't particularly like eating chicken nuggets and hotdogs for breakfast, especially while pregnant. I would suggest to sus it out first, heaps of other food places within walking distance.

Can’t beat the location in regards to Universal studios. Great views and spacious rooms. The bathrooms are great and staff were friendly and helpful. Super convenient having all the restaurants, coffee shops, shops, theme park and station within a minutes walk reach.

The beds are so hard! I got use to firm beds in Japan however the first bed I had (we did a split room booking) the springs were sticking in my back. I had to call housekeeping and get extra blankets to put under the sheet to help make it bearable. After I did that it was fine. Would have been nice to get free water bottles as well like most other Japanese hotels we stayed at. The rooms are clean but a little rundown and in need of a paint job and new beds.

Great location/proximity to the station. Staff was wonderful and responsive. We loved the room and that there were two chairs at the window. The lobby was impressive as were all the common areas. The bedding was very comfortable and the in room amenities covered all the bases. We chose this hotel over the others at USJ as it appeared to cater to a more upscale clientele as compared to others that were flashy and directed toward families with young children. We are in Japan many times per year for long trips, and one of the best touches is a hotel that has coin laundry available, and this one did. Would definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan! The location is unbeatable—literally right across from the entrance to Universal Studios, making it the best option if you’re planning to spend time at the park. The hotel was very clean, well-equipped, and offered spacious rooms with extremely comfortable beds—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, this hotel checks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and quality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Universal Studios in Osaka!

Location was brilliant. Staff were amazing, so personable, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Luggage shipping service was brilliant.

The buffet in the evening could have had more variety of theming. We stayed for 6 nights and the theme for dinner was strawberry and cheese for 3-4 weeks. There were some unusual combinations of food, didn't suit our children so we didn't eat there any evenings but would have liked to. Instead, could alternate theme nights eg Italian, Japanese, Mexican, American etc to give more variety.

The hotel room was super clean and very comfortable. We had a high floor room and it was so quiet! The shower/tub combo was amazing after a long day at Universal. The amenities in the room were great. The location was so perfect for what we had planned. We could step right outside and be at the Park's front gate. We were also so close to the train station that could take us to other parts of Osaka. We loved having a Lawson store open 24 hours right in the lobby. So many eateries in such close proximity. We would 100% stay here again.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but I think this is the standard in Japan.

We had one night booked but once we arrived we realised we resolved wanted a second night too. This was no trouble for the staff and they helped to arrange this at check in. I think we were very lucky that the hotel had the ability to accommodate our last minute request. The view from our room was spectacular, the bed was huge and very comfortable. There were so many amenities in the room, and anything we needed could be bought at the convenience store on level 3- so handy! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a day at Universal Studios.
