Fabulous location right next to the park entrance…couldn’t be any better after a long day in the park! Spacious hotel, great view. Easy access to laundry facilities on each floor, as well as ice and water dispenser on each floor too. Great range of toiletries and drinks making facility in the room. Beds were really comfortable and there was no noise from other rooms at all. A great night’s sleep. We got east and fast transport here from Shin- Osaka via the Expo 2025 link train.

The TV was basic with no access to Netflix or other channels in English which we had at all our other hotels on the trip. Being at Universal, it would have been nice to watch a movie in the room at the end of the day on the screen rather than our phones!

everything! The location was very convenient being able to walk out to head directly into universal studios and to all the restaurants opposite. Our room which overlooked the park was great as we could see the lines and watch the rides (which my son and I found fun to watch the coasters go zooming past). The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious! The staff were exceptionally kind, polite and happy to help any time. The whole hotel was stunning and I loved the breakfast too. A little bit on the expensive side, but it was expected for what the hotel offers. Already trying to plan our next trip back and would choose to stay here again!

Having to leave!

The staff was helpful and went the extra step. They walked me through every step of the way. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff were so accommodating. The elevators are fast, too. This hotel is situated in front of Universal as the name of the Hotel states. You have access to City Walk shopping and eating places within 3 minutes - no train stations needed.

Proximity to Universal was excellent. The room had a great view into the park and was big enough to comfortably hold a family of 5. Restaurants and shops in the immediate area and a convenience store in the hotel

No negatives stood out

Beautiful property right in the park. Great staff and lovely breakfast. We had an amazing sunset view room for a family of 4. Plenty room, great aircon and very quiet. Kids love the water and ice dispensers.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very close to walk to the theme park. Had water and laundry room on every floor. Room phones to call people in other rooms Clean and big room for comfortable

My kids didn’t the the weak wifi service

This hotel was so close to Universal Studios which is what we were after! All the eateries and shops located right out front on City Walk made the hotel the perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly with good English. A taxi was arranged for us as requested. The hotel was very clean and tidy - quite flash!

The two beds for the children were in the room and set up upon arrival, but they were very hard! Trundler type beds. We would've preferred 2x singles for them for the price we paid for the room. The washing machine on our floor also didn't spin and dry laundry very well at all - that proved quite a lengthy and difficult process!

Location was excellent especially if you are visiting Universal Studios which is exactly a two minute walk ! Lively area as well with shops and restaurants all around ! It’s also centrally located to reach other attractions around Osaka with a train station close by . We got the park view room for a family of 3 . View was amazing by day and night ! It was one of the bigger rooms compared to the rest available generally in Japan ! Extremely comfortable for the 3 of us ! We had easy access to microwave and washing machine on the floor as well ! Stay was overall just great !

The location is excellent. Very close to the Universal Studio Park. There are tons of choices for eating in a walking distance downstairs. A 24 hours convenience store inside the hotel. To train station is in a walking distance. The rooms big enough for my 4 people family. Clean and comfortable. There is washing machine in every floor. I like that washing machine is a wash and dry machine so that you don’t have to come back again to handle the drying . Also, the amazing part is the machine allow you to set a pass code so that no one could touch your clothes. The staffs here are very nice. I am super satisfied.
