Extremely clean apartment with excellent facilities. Despite its location being about 2.4klms from Kyoto Railway station there were some excellent eating places, all within a short distance of the Apartment. Our favourite one was Karu about 4 mins walk away on the main road diagonally opposite Life Supermarket. We went there on 3 nights out of 7....service and food were first class and prices very reasonable. Husband and wife team. Also, you have 3 supermarkets all within a short distance from the apartment. The bus stop to take you to Kyoto station was only 4 mins away near Family Mart. I would stay again.

It is not a 2 bedroom apartment. They have put 2 single beds in the lounge area. you have 2 single beds in the actual bedroom.

It was clean and confortable and the staf was quick to answer all of our questions.

Although there are lots of good restaurants very close by, it is a bit far from the all the interesting parts of Kyoto. Before checking in, I kept receiving messages ( more than 10 of them) asking for my credit card number and a 60000 yen deposit. It took several e mails, with different staf members until I received a clarification. The deposit is requested only for guests with car rentals. Sice I did not rent a car I kept receiving these emails by mistake.

Great location, very easy to access, nice and clean interior, great price!!! The location was really great; an amazing restaurant, a Family Mart, and bus stops were all so nearby!

It was a 1-bedroom apartment advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment -- beds in the living room and beds in the partitioned room. (I was perfectly fine with it, especially for the price, but my elderly parents were very irritated by it, and went and got a different hotel for themselves after the first night. They felt a "2 bedroom" would have more privacy than this apartment had, but I'm inclined to think they didn't look at the listing carefully enough.) This was our only problem!

We really liked the room, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The drying function in the bathroom capsule was especially convenient. With the bus stop just around the corner and several supermarkets nearby, the location was excellent. I would happily recommend this accommodation.

It might be even nicer if the smoking area were at the back near the dog-wash, so it doesn’t bother the neighbours as much. A little cloth for drying dishes after washing would also be a great touch. Otherwise, I have nothing else to complain about.

It's a good option to visit Kyoto for for example a small group of friends, two couples travelling together or a family with kids. Kyoto is an expensive city (from my experience in Japan) but with three or four adults it's a good choice. The apartment is modern and looks just as nice as in the pictures in real life. Check-in and out was very smooth. Just check your email beforehand. The neighbourhood is quiet with a couple of good food options (Tonkatsu-dokoro Katsuhiro) and Life Supermarket, but you'd want to be elsewhere if you want a wide range of options or a busy nightlife.

Location isn't ideal as it's removed from the city centre, but can be a decent compromise since Kyoto is a huge city and many main attractions are far apart anyway. You can get to Kyoto station easily by bus, and going to Kinkaku-ji (and thence to Ryoan-ji) by public transport is probably easier from here than most other places. Also, you can arrive at Nishioji train station and take a bus from there to the apartment, and thus potentially save some time if you're travelling from the direction of Osaka. Also, the kitchen equipment was the bare minimum. Not much in terms of utensils, plates and cups, but you'd just manage.

The check in was easy and explained in advance. The apartment is nice, and the 4 beds were comfortable. The bedroom is good sized, and separated from the living area by sliding doors. Lots of food shopping and bus transportation close by.

Having two beds in the living area made it feel cramped. The kitchen was quite small, with zero counter space so the kitchen table had to be used during food preparation. There was no place to leave the dishes to dry after washing, so we bought a drying mat and placed it over the cooking burner to stack the dishes on.

Nice spacious place ,easy to get on bus to station, short distance to 2 supermarket. Nice kept and quiet building ,spacious bathroom, with drying facilities, so nice can fetch rid of all sweaty clothing in this weather 35degree heat。

Not many eating places nearby, the ramen place we went to wasn't that good, have to travel further for meals, we did cook a lot ,the cooking saucepan need to be replaced as the coating is nearly coming off,we did buy a new one from supermarket instead.otherwise ,everything was good

-looks newly renovated -very clean -had everything we needed:big bathroom, kitchen+sitting area, washing machine+drying system in bathroom -cleaning lady was super nice and very helpful + good English -email replies came fast -enough space to leave 3 suitcases open -comfortable beds (not too hard) -supermarket,Daiso and Sukiya was in vicinity -1-13min to bus (depending were unwanted to got to), and 20min to train

-more storage place/shelf/cupboard for clothes would be great - or more coat hangers -toilet paper was way too less for one week. We took some ourselves at reception <- which was never manned -info that the small black display at the door is the number pad would have been great. Luckily, the cleaning lady was there and we were able to ask her how to open the door

The facilities were all top-notch, with a convenient private washing machine and bathroom fan/heater that could double as laundry dryer. The manager also was kind enough to send a photo of something we left behind and asked to confirm if we wanted to collect it or have it sent to us rather than just throwing it away like some places might.

There was a 30 minute timer on the hot water which would cut off the hot water if we used it continuously for too long, although 30 minutes is probably not an issue for most people.

The property was very beautiful and spacious! :) I adored how pet friendly this property was. The dog toys and bed made me wish I brought my little buddy along too! But the room itself was spacious enough for a party of 4 to stay comfortably a few days. The location is also really close to a bus stop, train station, grocery store, Daiso and multiple conbinis. Very convenient place to stay! Even though there were no staff at the property physically, reaching out to them via Booking.com was easy. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had at a prompt rate. I definitely recommend staying here! :)
